    On February 24, 2023 I sent the business owner $175 to create a custom graduation stole for me. In the agreement it was stated that the stole would be done on or before April 7. I continuously checked in with the business owner to see what progress was being made on my stole, and most times there was no answer or response. The day before my graduation photo shoot I asked him if my stole would be done and he assured me it would be. The day of my graduation shoot he asked what time my photo shoot was and I told him 3 PM to which he never responded, so I couldn’t take my graduation photos in my custom graduation stole. Since April 7, I’ve been trying to get in contact with him about when my stole would be done. There were always excuses or unrealistic deadlines that he could not meet. After two weeks of not having my stole after the agreed-upon deadline I asked for a 50% refund. The business owner said he could not give me 50% back, but he could give me an additional $25 back for a grand total of a $50 refund. Finally, after checking in with him every day this week I received my stole on Friday, April 28. My friend also ordered her graduation stole from this business owner and experienced the same issues. In addition to our stoles being late and not receiving an equitable refund, both of our stoles looked to be rushed. The stitching was not professional, and some of the words are illegible. After I picked up my stole, I saw someone else come out of the business owner’s house with a stole their hand. I spoke with them and they told me they experienced similar problems as well. Their stole was also very late and they weren’t able to take their graduation photos with it either. The patron I talked to also told me he ordered a custom cardigan from the business owner, which he never received.

    Owner has been having poor communication on stole delivery. Stole was said to be delivered April 10th but still has not been delivered or received. Owner explained that stole tracking info would be sent a week ago and nothing has been sent. The final contact was sent today 4/27 and no contact has been made back in regards to tracking information. Owner communicated with purcharser about a refund of 150 due to stole not being delivered in a timely manner. Stole was purchased for 300 for one day delivery and this has been since the beginning of April. We have not received the stole or the refund. Please reach out to owner to deliver the stole and tracking information and the refund he stated he would send for not satisfying the requirements of the service that was purchased.
