    While the customer service department was incredibly frustrating regarding the repeated attempts to deliver parts of our bed that we had specifically requested to wait on until all of the pieces were in stock, the delivery team for our couches more than made up for it.Samyr and ****** our delivery professionals, were absolutely outstanding. They were the most pleasant and professional delivery team Ive ever encountered. Not only were they quick and efficient, but they also took exceptional care to ensure everything was handled with precision. They even managed to make the process enjoyable, keeping us laughing while ensuring everything was set up perfectly.They went above and beyond, fixing our rug and making sure the couch was centered with perfect alignment. Their attention to detail and customer-focused attitude truly stood out.I also want to thank ***** *., our representative, for his excellent support throughout this process. Thanks to Samyr, ****** and *****, we could not be happier with the final outcome.

    In September we order a piece of wall art (paid for it) and was told that it was back ordered and would be in early January. In checking on the availability for a January delivery we were advised it was back ordered until June. We had inquired about the one on display and were advised they did not sell the display items. Today when we went to the store the display art was gone and we were told it was sold. We inquired if any other store had one and we were told to go to ******. We asked if they could call the Naples store and they said they could not. They would email the store but would not call them. They then told us that if Naples had one we would need to pay for delivery as the item would not be coming from a warehouse. The Fort ***** store could have cared less that our order was made and paid for in September and they were not going to do anything to help us. We had previously sent out salesman an email, left messages for him, spoke to customer service at the store and received zero in response, hence the reason we went to the store today. We previously had asked for a refund twice and still as of today the order was still open and not refunded.
