    ******* provided professional and knowledgeable service during his visit. He was kind and courteous. Provided us with a full explanation of the need to exchange our Split-Level unit due to deteriation and damage to the compressor. ******* was to review the history of air filter purchases of main unit to obtain the proper replacement air filters.

    I paid thousands of dollars for them to install new ac unit. For 3 months I had no heat and they had techs coming out numerous times to see what the problem was. Three months later it finally was fixed. When I would call many times I was told they had no record of a tech giving anyone any information. I'm still waiting on air filters I was promised 3 months ago.

    I discontinued using this company more than two years ago. They have now charged my credit card two years in a row for maintenance contract that I do not want. I disputed the most recent charge but the previous one slipped past me. I am trying to get the charges credited, $438.00 two times. I stopped doing business because they tried to not live up to terms of maintenance agreement to provide UV light bulbs and claimed my UV light systems were broken. It took 6+ months of following up on replacement bulbs to finally receive them then I was told the UV fixtures were broken, which I disputed. A second company that actually has some "integrity" came to service my A/C units and found the switch on the fixtures had just been turned off.

    I've been a customer for several years since they took over for Bay Area Heating and Cooling. With Bay, I knew my repair people and they knew my system. Integrity is just business. After ******, my a/c was blown slightly off its pedestal. They quoted me $2800 for a "system restoration". As with other repairs, you have to sign and pay in advance and they watch over you until you do while telling you how urgent the repair is (pressure tactic). When the repair was done, it took a total of 10 minutes or $280 a minute!!!! I asked them for photos of the a/c off its pedestal for insurance and they couldn't be bothered (perhaps it didn't move at all and they count on people not checking up on them). When I spoked to other people in my condo about similar repairs to the a/c having moved, they were charged around $300 from other vendors. I immediately contacted "Integrity" (in quotes because they have none), and they did a price reduction to $1400 which was still 300% higher than others here. After posting the above review on another site, the next day the company responded that I was working with customer **********************. It has in fact been weeks since they have returned my emails. They made a low-ball offer to appease me ($1100 for 10 minutes of work that other people paid $300 for) instead of $1400. I asked them to reconsider and they haven't responded. If you read other reviews about them, they always respond similarly, but people don't take the time to follow up to point out that their responses aren't always accurate. Still waiting. Along with the low-ball offer which I asked them to reconsider, they wanted me to sign a statement that I would remove my reviews and be a satisfied customer. Not for $300 I won't. This is ridiculous. That means that any positive reviews are suspect since they're paying people to remove their negative reviews.

    My A/C tech was awesome.. very thorough.. checked and triple checked system and was solo so took him a good 5hrs…… took frozen coil out by himself… amazing… you can see he takes pride in his job and loves what he does.. very polite also.. best yet from Integrity by far for A/C….his name is Ladarius Noble.. request him or hope you get him… i have never been more pleased with service..great way to end the year…Thank Mr. Noble
