            I met with ********* in Sep, 2022 to install a new ** unit.My new ** unit was installed on 09/22/22. On 07/29/23 when I come back to my house I noticed a leak on the garage ceiling were the ** furnace is located. The Technician ******* did not glued the drain line and cause the leak. I contacted with the Comp but ********* was rude and not helpful so I requested a copy of the permit and from this moment I figured that the permit was never obtained. I also contacted with a different comp for the 2nd opinion and I had a lot of violations not property finished job like; disconnected switches; copper line set foaming, drain line not glued, no permit, no safety belts, electric brake.I requested those items to be fixed and an Inspector from the city.However I noticed that ********* used a different Comp to obtain a permit from the Hillb countyThe ****** Brothers .I never received a copy of E& O Ins from ********* or from ****** Brothers .I believe both Comp doesn't have a valid Ins. I was told that my garage ceiling will be fixed and until today it's not done properly.The Tech ******* put some layers and did not paint and finish the job property to bring the ceiling to the original condition. I would like to have the min$1500 back because now I have to hire someone to property fix the damage cause by this Comp. This was a horrible experience.
