I reached out on Aug 2nd for my washer to get fixed. The steam valve wouldn’t shut off and was spraying water. He had me send him the model number so he could order the part. A week later I followed up and he asked the model number again and told me it would be 150$ to order the part. Another week went by I asked if he had the part. He told me Friday… Friday came and he said he was on his way. Then he called and said I Just realized how far you live and I have another job to go to. He scheduled me for Monday. Monday came no call no show. I followed up and no response. I followed up again and no response. This company is not professional and will take your money, string you along then ghost you. I requested a refund and asked if he can return the piece since he’s not coming. No response. Do not hire this guy.

I let him keep $500 because he’s such a liar And a thief it wasn’t even worth my energy. I wish I read these reviews ahead of time. Horrible he is a flat out thief con artist. I know the economy is bad But we are all facing the same problem already have to fix something that I don’t want to have to fix and then to be stolen from is crazy and then still have to fix the problem. I wish I could leave my text message screenshots.

****BEWARE*** THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I called this company because my LG side-by-side unit was not holding temp. When owner/technician Neil arrived, he stated the unit was manufactured in 2018. I stated I have owned it just under 4 years and was not sure if the unit or components were under warranty, he would need to check. Assuming he checked with LG, he stated that compressor failed, would need to be replaced, parts and labor would be $1365.00. He came the following day to replace the compressor which failed 2 days after replacement. I reached out via text and left voice mail requesting a call back from this company as my entire unit was down and worse than before the "repairs" were made. No response. We called another repair company. The FIRST thing the technician did was called LG to determine what, if anything was under warranty. THE UNIT IS UNDER A FULL PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY! Hence the SCAM!! Appliance Production knew straight away they should have reached out to LG to determine warranty but didn't because they knew that couldn't make any money off of me. These kinds of company's prey on those who TRUST that when you hire a, "professional", this is what you are receiving. Sadly, not always the case! Either the owner of this company is a complete idiot, or he has perfected this SCAM which I believe to be the latter. Had he been an EXPERIENCED, HONEST appliance technician/owner, he would have advised me that the unit was under full warranty, charged me for his service call and been on his way but instead, he scammed me out of $1365 to replace a part that failed 2 days later. I called this company again and FINALLY got in touch with the owner, Neil, who made my "repairs" and asked him to return my money and parts. Neil stated that it was my responsibility to know what is under warranty and what is not. Not his problem. Not returning my money or the old parts.
