    Date 03/01/2023 amount paid (4,5000.00)they committed to provide me with a ****** tundra truck 2014 they refuse to provide me with my refund after not providing my vehicle they had been very unprofessional about the time they would have it ready I waited two weeks for them to provide my car I was told that he would have it in five days if he didn't have it he'd return my money he then proceeded to give me a fraudulent check I then spoke to him about it he ripped up the fraudulent check and said he would mail it to me I even went as far as bringing the police with me I called them they don't take any of my calls the call he did take he hung up in my face they have not tried to solve the problem they keep giving me the run around N/A

    I contracted with ASE Auto Finance to consign sale my 19 ****** Titan. The truck was sold the 1st week of February 23 to a new owner. *** has yet to payoff the loan balance that was agreed upon. Ive followed up every week with ASE and my bank. *** has strung me along saying the payments been made, the payment should post in the next day or two and they would call me. None of this has happened as of 3/21/23. Contacting DHMV ****** Services and legal services is my next recourse.

    I purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger on 5/26/22. I purchased the vehicle for a total cash price of over 15,000 dollars. I received a temporary tag for 30 days and was told that my hard tag would be transferred and my titles would be available after the temporary tag expired. Temp tag was expiring and I went up there and spoke with Carlos about my hard tag and the title to the car(since it was purchased in full). Carlos said it was taking time and issued me another temp tag that expired on 7/20/22. Carlos assured me that I would have my hard tag and the titles by that date. 7/20/22 comes around and after repeated phone calls where the secretary said Carlos was always out I drove to the dealer because my temp tag was expired and I still not had my permanent tag or titles. Carlos gave me the run around again about how the DMV had been closed because of shut down and that the computers was down but gave me yet another temp tag but this temp tag expires 2 months from the date and it's not showing registered to the car so I don't know if it's a dealer tag or what. Each week I call and either Carlos is not in the office and I can't get an explanation of why I haven't received my titles to the vehicle I paid cash for, or my permanent tag for the car. Everyone u talk to there always say you have to talk to Carlos but when I call Carlos is never there and the answer is always saying it was sent out and they waiting on DMV. I call the DMV and they have no records. I plan on filing a complaint with them also.

    I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint about 2 months ago and I assumed it was taken care of until I received a certified letter with the same business that changed their name and sending what appears to be a fraudulent application with my name as the interest in a car with fraudulent information about what I requested to be done with the car or what was done with the car. I purchased a car after 2 and 1/2 months and 1 fraudulent temp tag I found out that the car was sold with no titles so I filed a report with the BBB and company agreed to refund me my money. Here it is a month later I receive today by mail a certified letter saying they are trying to get the titles and I had an interest in the titles and that I authorized repairs, which I never did because nothing was wrong with the car since I bought it or returned it. I plan on filing a paper with the courts if I have to because I dont know what is going on and I dont want to be accountable for something that I shouldnt have anything else to do with it.
