    Purchased a remanufactured engine with a 3 year warranty on 1-28-2021. The engine now has a head gasket leak and needs to be exchanged, refunded or repaired. Have tried to call **** who was the salesman. The phone number listed on the receipt is not working. It is ************.Would like to get the engine exchanged, a full refund or a full repair.

    Purchased a remand engine with a 3 year warranty March 25 2021for $2750 Engine is now failing. Tried all phone numbers I can find and and all are out of service. I also sent emails and have not been answered.

    Purchased a motor from Quality Part Pro's LLC at 6116 Chancey Rd, Tampa, FL 33619, on 11/30/2021 for $2850.00 with a 3 year, unlimited mile warranty. Tried to contact the company about the warranty for the motor after catastrophic failure of the motor with less than a month of use, and the initial number (************) as well as the new number listed on their website (************) was also disconnected at this time so I sent a couple messages through their "contact us" page of their current website with my number attached as a preferred/optional way of trying to get in contact with the company in regards to the warranty, and have had no calls or emails returned yet.

    Org Date of Purchase 6/8/21 Motor was supposed to be complete running with Turbo with EGR delete and 62K miles Received motor had multiple issues, was not running and was not complete. Sent pics on 9/14/21 Seller said to ship motor back and he would ship replacement Shipped motor back in Sept 21 Oct 21 seller stated had issues with different motor and was waiting on turbo Email them several times over months. Finally shipped replacement motor Feb 17 22. New motor was supposed to have 87K miles and be full running complete motor. Received motor and this motor had issues. my mechanic suggested to replace all seals and this is when we found hard rock grit in pan as well. Sent pics back to seller. Seller not willing to make the transaction right and either refund money or give me a complete running motor like was purchased. Have multiple emails and some voicemails from Seller throughout the course of this transaction. Have given the seller every chance to make this right.
