I was very interested in a dress because I had tried it on at another boutique that was an hour away. I wanted to give my business to this shop since its so much closer for me. I called to get the pricing on the dress to see if it was a better deal than having to drive an hour away. The girl on the phone was very rude and told me she cant tell me the price unless I come in which means Id have to pay $25 to look at a dress Ive already tried on and decided on just to give me the price. I told her that that made zero sense on why i would pay that just to get a price on a dress. Ridiculous if you ask me. I will gladly give my business to the other shop which gladly gave me complimentary service when coming into their shop. Really disappointed because with the high ratings of this shop I expected much much better as well as expected better treatment as a bride.Review from Clayton M

Be wary when dealing with this place, very shady sales tactics, don't be suckered into their "buy today for a discount" pitch. They advertise the dress they have is one of a kind when they can be found elsewhere for thousands less. They put pressure on you to make a decision the first time you visit or you have to pay a fee for their time and pay a higher price on the dress. We placed a deposit on one dress the first day. We later told them we would like to switch to our deposit to a different dress from them that we liked better, that was not an option, they told us we needed to pay them the full $4000 for the first dress and then they would offer us a small discount on a second dress since we were unhappy with the one we had the deposit on. Kept our $1500 deposit and we never received any goods or services from them. After they told us that we Luckily looked elsewhere and found the exact same dress they had for $4000 for only $1200 so we weren't suckered into overpaying for 2 dresses from them(that clearly are not one of a kind).
