    I am requesting refunds for choreography fee, competition fees, uniform fees, practice set fees, and ****** ticket fees. Explanation of reasons all provided in pdf form named ****** attached. Uniform fee because of untimely ordering when coach was in receipt of my full cash payment Oct 4th according to their records, prior to ordering team uniforms on October 11th and 17th. Despite thunder having been in receipt of my full cash payment for uniforms prior to this order, my daughters uniform was not ordered until ordered Feb 2nd. Even though cash was paid up front months ago, only half of the balance owed was paid in February 2024. My payments were mismanaged clearly. Receipt proof provided by gkelite attached. When I paid cash months ago I was promised unifrom in 6-8 weeks. Choreography and competition fees as ***** wore a cheap ugly costume in first comp making her feel embarrassed. And she withdrew from team before second, third, and the canceled fourth competition. The amounts of choreo and comp are total 550. Uniform fee not including shoes and bow are 350. ****** fee is 150 for three tickets. I am okay with exchange credits if that is all that is being offered by ******. Practice sets that are unusable due to being ordered in sizes too large for my child and altered with uncomfortable seams in the amount of 180. I will return the items when a resolution is made. I could not morally agree to keep my child in an all star team that was willing to risk putting an adult older than 18 on the mat against rules and regulations as well as the disrespect my child faced when being told by an athlete instead of coach that she was being removed from her elite stunts. The coach made it clear my daughter would not stunt because I questioned her. The reprisal toward my daughter because of me questioning them made me feel that my daughter would be in an unsafe environment moving forward had she returned to ultimate thunder.     In response to ***************** request for a refund, ***************** was informed that there was no refund for a uniform that she already had in her possession, Shoes her daughter already had (and has worn) a practice set (warn to practice multiple times) or Choreography that her daughter participated in. 


    Uniform- There is no refund for a uniform that was order and received. The 6-8 week turnaround time is what was given by the vendor but unfortunately did not happen in that time frame, not only to the athlete in question but for other athletes as well due to our Rep being on maternity leave. This information was shared with the entire organization as a heads up on why uniforms hand not come in yet. 

    A practice set was ordered in a larger size due to the athlete not being with us when the vendor came for sizing. Mrs.  ****** was made aware that the uniform would be ordered in a larger size as to not have to order another uniform if it came in too small. She was also informed the practice set would be altered by a professional seamstress for proper fitting once it came in. ***************** was there when her daughter was sized by the seamstress and was in agreement with the fitting.

    Choreography- There also cannot be a refund for Choreography (charged by an outside Choreographer) that her daughter attended, and preformed at competition.


    ****** - When it comes to a refund for ******* Mrs.  ******, along with her family, did attend the performance for ****** but unfortunately, due to the weather, the race was canceled. I did reach out to our rep in regards to a refund (that email response was sent to ***************** on February 22nd) informing All ticket exchange requests are pending until approved by the track. Once approved, a member of our ticketing staff will be in touch regarding your exchange.
    Exchange requests will be prioritized according to date of form submission and by date of requested exchange event.
    In order to ensure sufficient time to validate and fulfill exchange requests, if selecting events that occur within the 60-day period, all requests must be submitted no later than end of day. Monday leading up to the requested event weekend. A member of our ticketing staff will be in touch regarding your ticket exchange as soon as possible.
    We look forward to welcoming you to a future ****** event!

    my daughter never wore the uniform that you collected cash for in July ************************************************* full by the time you made an order October 11th. You fraudulently took my cash and never ordered her uniform! I spoke to your rep with GKelire uniforms! She informed me that you did not include my daughters order in any order until February 2nd 2024. How can you in good conscience hold someones full cash payment that long? She informed me that her manager was in charge of all uniform orders that would happen in her absence for maternity leave and that you and any of her clients would have been well taken care of in the event you needed to order any uniforms! She sent me proof of your failure to order my daughters paid in full cash uniform timely! That was not her or her maternity leaves fault! That was you mismanaging my cash! I never liked that you require cash! Cash can by misused when a company is paid and then they do not follow through on their end of the deal. And the receipt to gkelite proves that even though you had my cash months ago and prior to your October 11th order you still didnt even pay the entire amount of the uniform! How if you had all my cash did you only decide to pay half as a down payment! That right there is proof of mismanagement of funds!!! Also, I never agreed to ordering practice sets bigger! That was your decision! And the seams in these sets are awful! I will provide pictures! And my daughter did not participate in the competitions February 24, March 10th, and your canceled event April 6th. I expect a partial refund for those prepaid competitions. As I also have proof the coach *** put in band that second installments were still being collected in the amount of 100 dollars on February 8th. I should have never paid you up front for everything! As for the Daytona rep! **** told me you would be receiving exchange credits and I would have to get that from you! As you have the receipt proof of purchase not me!
