My wife was in an accident with a State Farm insured person. They were given all of our insurance info at the time, but never contacted Allstate to handle the claim. The letter sent does not have a valid State Farm claim number and State Farm has no record of this being passed to Bell Recovery. We have started legal proceedings against Bell and will update once these complete.Under no circumstances should you communicate with Bell without an ATTORNEY. Unless you are an attorney, they will try to chew you up with legal jargon and direct threats, in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

I received a letter on 06/03/2024 stating that there trying to recover money in the amount of 19590.58 for an accident that happened supposedly happened in my vehicle on 07/08/2022. Am I being scammed I would like my information out of there data base

Pure scammers! I keep getting calls and emails from them claiming I was in an accident. I wasn't in any accident. I've reported them to the ******* Attorney General and I suggest everyone else too.Here is their website - *******************************

0- stars first of all..............................My son had a bumper to bumper car accident. police came insurance was exchange. my son was door dashing and when ***** turns green car infront of him double breaks and stops. my son hit his bumper and destroyed the front frame. the guy infront of him had a scratch I can see in pictures taken by my son. Now I was not there but my son was using MY car.I even spoke to the other person involve he stated suv was a lease and he wanted to have truck fix perfectly talking about not going with the insurance he would settle for ******. I told him No we will go with our insurance. never received anything till 3 months later a letter stating we had no insurance and they set a letter to the state to suspend our licenses mine and my son and again am not even part of this accident but my vehicle. I had my son call and they told him he would need to do 500 down and 200 a month my son is a student working part time. and I cant afford this either I have one other child the only one with full time job and pay all our bills. I called to see if we can reduce $5200.00 bill and no the lady was ruded and stated we can pay all $3600 and that our licences will be suspended for a year. When I tried to talk she would talk over me very rudely and hung up on me. I refused to talk to her again and I have to cause shes our case worker. this company doesnt even try to help us work together they are on one mission and thats one time payment and off to the next. Am at this time trying to have a lawyer look over and see if they can legally do this with out even sending 3 different estimates. state farm never called or send letters this cost was sent to collection with out us even having the chance to pay without added charges. ...

I would says gave them zero below star. They sent 3 times notices. Spoken with State Farm. State,Farm has no idea where it how They found name address so do not gives any info. They are scammers how they found out the excatly amount to requested money from us we,ain't involve in nothing so best to file Fedral Trade Commission.

They sent me a letter regarding and a bill for $21,434.91 due to an accident that I was never involved in. They had no police report and no proof whatsoever that an accident had taken placed. Then they bully you with their phone calls and scaring tactics. They are nothing but a scam. Why is this company not being investigated criminally is beyond me.

I have no idea who these people are. They called and left a VM on my phone for my brother (who did not give them my information). I called them back and asked how they had my information and the rep very rudely replied, "computers aren't perfect." I assured her that I know how computers work, but I also know they wouldn't randomly find my phone number from the ether and apply it to my little brother's account. Anyway, I told her to remove my number and just hung up. Something about this feels like an illegal collection process. HOW DO YOU HAVE MY NUMBER WHEN I'VE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU AND YOU'RE TRYING TO REACH MY BROTHER???!!!
