    The date of transaction was May 12, 2023 and Kaydem Credit *** was paid $798. The business said that they could repair my credit and remove negative items off my credit reports. Kaydem credit removed one of twelve items on my credit report. Other customers on Yelp and BestCompany.com complained that this business, just sat on their file and did little if any credit repair. Many times, Kaydem said that they did a round of dispute and their was no response from the creditor, credit agency or third parties. I believe they did little if anything to repair my report. The manager ********************************* was contacted May 13, 2024 for a partial refund. She refused to give any refund, but wanted to waste three more months of my time with scam service. I have the initial charge and the date Kaydem billed me, but *********************** quickly deleted my files from their portal after my dispute with the company so I have no account number. To resolve this issue I want 90% of my money back, $718.20.

    To whom it may concern:
    ***************************** file begun with us 5/11/2023 when we submitted his first dispute cycle. Before we begin service for any client, they sign their client agreements going over the dispute process, explains the refund period, and that by law we cannot guarantee any removals or a raise in credit score. The dispute cycle lasts for 45 days giving the client typically 7 to 8 dispute cycles in their membership, ***** received 7 dispute cycles in this timeframe. The program ***** signed up for was a 12-month program and was provided a 6-month refund period. When the client contacted our office,5/13/2024, for a refund, a full year of service had already been provided making him well outside the 6-month refund policy. We offered to extend his service further to make up for the limited results and he declined.

    I am rejecting this response because: there's no proof that this company submitted 7 rounds of dispute with the credit agencies.  If they did so, it was a very ineffective method of sending out cookie cutter letters that they knew would not illicit a favorable responds to their clients.  Please show BBB and myself that this was done by your company and the certifying mail if the disputes were sent out by mail.  Also, we need to see the exact contract that was signed by me as all my files were locked or deleted as soon as I mentioned a dispute being filed with BBB.  There are many dissatisfied clients who unfortunately were duked by Kaydem Credit.  A lot of consumer report that the said disputes could not be verified or were not done on the clients behalf.
