  I receive several calls and automated voicemails per day. They call from private numbers often and when I call back to have my number removed it increases the volume of calls. I spoke to three of their agents this evening and was hung up on twice before someone would answer my questions. The gentleman admitted that they were not looking for someone with my name. I did not give them my information. I also reported them to the ***.

  This company has obtained my number somehow. They have been calling me 2-3 times a day for the last 6+ months. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop. They say they have removed me from the calling list but they only blocked me from calling them. In return they leave voicemails constantly and do not allow me to call back and file a complaint. They call on multiple different phone numbers which means I cannot block them because they call off a different number every time.

  I am supposedly currently working with this company for debt settlement. I am paying $244 a month for this service. Currently they have not settled any credit card debt for me that they said they would. I have been working with this company for over a year and have recently received a summons and complaint from a credit card company that they were supposed to settle the debt. I would like this company to be investigated for fraud. I constantly called them on a daily basis and cannot get through to any representative to speak with them about. My account are currently in the home and they are not actively working on any of my accounts. My credit rating continues to decline rapidly. No one from the company will return my calls.

  Client states that she is paying 244 a month for debt settlement - we are not a debt settlement company - that is a service we provide however it is provided during the latter part of her program - we legally challenge debts and all erroneous information on consumers credit reports utilizing the **** so we take that step initially to avoid settling a debt that was placed illegally on a consumers credit.  Currently, we are moving in the settlement phase of her program and have notified ***************** of this on two matters she has brought to our attention.  Regarding the communication facet to the complaint : consumer claims "I constantly called them on a daily basis and cannot get through to any representative to speak with them about."  We have documented notes of every telephonic communication SMS text communications and e-mails showing there has never been a 30 day period ***************** has not had contact with us. We review all consumers credit reports every 90 days to monitor the progress and ***************** has had some items removed off of her credit and we are still currently and diligently working on her account -
