Yesterday I had a crown glued back on, they immediately tried to sell me a new Gold crown telling me the white crowns do not bond and the glue is water soluble so it is never permanent. I have 5 white crowns all holding up. This place is a total scam. The dentist did absolutely no prep on the tooth before gluing. Rip off.

To start off there are two locations, one in Tampa and Belcher. When we called to make an appointment it was unclear which clinic we had made since the call center they used said Belcher twice. Guess what, it was Tampa. Regardless my husband had a great visit in Tampa and ended up needing a root canal. After he headed to the Belcher location for his crown. I called ahead of time as the Tampa location gave him an estimate for a porcelain crown and build up about $1400 out of pocket. I know there are other materials and asked if there was a cheaper option since we pay out of pocket. The office worker on the phone said yes one would be closer to $1200 (Zirconia). She couldn't give me exact on the phone at the time but I was assured it was cheaper than porcelain by a few hundred dollars. At the appointment they wanted to take another xray. My husband said they should have one from the other location and the endodontist could send it to them for the after xray. They kept trying to push for one. The dentist insists on looking at the root canal even though the other location's dentist and endodontist did their jobs. We think it is to get the $90 pay for being seen. After they agree we need a crown (duh) they gave him the cost and surprisingly it was the exact same amount the original one was. Two different office workers said no that is the price and so my husband walked out because we are limited on our Care Credit Card. I called them and they informed me that it is indeed the same cost for porcelain and zirconia but they also do metals they just prefer not to because it isn't their in house lab that makes them. (Keeping the cost at their location). I called to ask why charge $90 when you just re-printed the same bill after giving us the run around and they inform me it's because he sat in the chair and the dentist agreed after a root canal he needed a crown. I went to get an x-ray done and I needed to get all my wisdom teeth removed and I was referred to an oral surgeon. Once I got to the oral surgeon they said the x-ray that I paid for was not clear for the surgeon to use so I have to pay for another one. I went to tell the walk in clinic that I need a new one or a refund. They took a new x ray and still wasn't good so I asked for a refund and they said that they wouldn't give me one due to it did the job. I don't understand if the job is done why do I still have to pay that is not good. I have to pay the oral surgeon additional money for the same service that I received at the walk in clinic
