    Less than one star here! $695.00 and I got nothing. Dental appliance 10/23 and 10/27, fitting with an assistant. Result:The one from the lab had wrong color, incorrect gumline contour and was too large. I was also required to PAY in FULL IN ADVANCE (don't ever pay in advance). Dentist (not even mine) called me an "erratic woman", that same old tired trope, in reply to another review. Had to call about repair appt. I was EXPLICITLY told numerous times by front staff, along with patient shaming (??), a new favorite, it was "BROKEN BY LAB/ LAB BROKE MOLD/START OVER FROM SCRATCH". Still unknown what fate befell it. Dentist did not come to the phone. Asked for refund. Was told by desk clerk that I could get a refund but she had to check how to do it. Did not call me back. My next call was sent to voicemail and I had to call from a different phone. Answered immediately. Was told the business office "didn't know how" to refund a CREDIT CARD. They'd call back. No call back. Came in with my credit card for the refund and was told I had to pay a lab fee of $250.00. Say what? The LAB BROKE IT per previous calls. Said she had to ask dentist and would call me back. Staff expressed amusement. Other dentist rushed out to defend the laughing. I was mortified. It was beyond humiliating. I then texted (yes, they text) that I did NOT want to discuss it any futher with ANYONE. Please issue my refund. Recieved ONE message from the Dentist that I actually saw that he had a "Sticky Note" saying that I wanted to talk to him. Smh. He knew all about it. I had heard him in the background of a previous call. I filed a dispute on my credit card charge with the bank. I sent an email requesting, my refund. No reply or refund. They BLOCKED my number. Very professional. It's really unbelievable. The bottom line is THEY WILL NOT ISSUE a REFUND FOR SOMETHING YOU DID NOT RECEIVE. They are extremely unprofessional. My experience was terrible. CAVEAT EMPTOR "Let the Buyer Beware"
