A++++++++++, Had a hard to find/make door and "US Door & more ***** made it happen at a reasonable cost when others knew it was a hard to find/make item and wanted to charge double and some even triple. Great team to do business with and I highly recommend.Review from Tom B

This company truly stands behind its workmanship. I recently purchased a front door from them and opted for their staining service, which, I must say, was executed flawlessly. If I could give no stars I would. Purchased an $8,000 front door for our new build home. The door was shipped and delivered in the road of a construction site. Never received a shipment or delivery notification. Luckily we were at the house the day it was delivered to move it to a safe location. When we installed the door we notice the door handle that we had to pay $500 for (only given one option of a door handle) did not fit properly on the door. The handle hit the decorative window piece. We had to install the handle upside down just to be able to use the door. Contacted the company only to be told that was the only handle available and they would look into getting us an extender. Yes an extender, on an $8000 door. This was 7 months ago. After numerous attempts to contact them again and again, we still have an upside down handle. I don’t know how a company can sell you any door with a handle that does not fit the door. This is unacceptable!!! You can only email this company and never speak to a live person, so I am not sure we will ever get this corrected. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Next step is a law suit!

We purchased the door for our new home. it arrived with no issues. Truck driver called us 30 min prior to arriving just as we had arranged with the person that called the day before delivery. We met him at the house, everything was inspected and all was good. Its a beautiful door. Although I had to put in some elbow grease in sanding some areas due to quality of wood trim around glass, we are very happy with the door thus far. We have finally finished painting it and it will be installed this weekend.Review from Kevin C

When it was time to update our front door after 22 years, I found a beautiful door on their website that I could not find anywhere else. Id never seen anything like it before. We ordered the door and when it arrived it was even more stunning in person. Mahogany, outstanding craftsmanship, beautiful round window with leaded glass. It leaves the most beautiful shadow and prisms on our entry wall. They kept in touch with us throughout the process. We could not be more thrilled with it and we have the most gorgeous door and a one of a kind in our entire area. Highly recommend. I wish I could post photos!
