I hired Everything Epoxy to epoxy the floor in my garage. He came out and did a demo. for me and it looked great. He told me that it's normally an $18,000 job but he just had a cancelation at the end of the month. So if I signed with him he would do it for 12k, he would start Jan. 29 and be finished Feb.4. I gave him 6k up front like the contract said. When the day came he said it would take 4 days for the job to be finished. The start date was 1/29/24, and the completion date was supposed to be 2/4/24. He didn't show up until a week after and then asked for more money to get materials. So just wanting the job done I gave him $1200. He didn't show the next day, so I called him and he finally came 2 days later. He laid the floor but left the garage doors open where dirt and stuff was blowing onto the painted floor. I told him that there was dirt going in the paint and he said don't worry, trust him, he's been doing this for 8 years. He said the top coat is the most important. Well a week went by and then he came to do the top coat. He said everything came out great and he needed the rest of the money. The next day I went out into the garage, he put a no slip coat, that I didn't order and the floor still has dirt that you can see in it, it is rough and not smooth like it was supposed to be. It was supposed to have a glossy finish, but instead it has roll marks and spots that were not even covered. It looks nothing like the demo he did. Also, he put 5mm on the coat when the contract said it would be 15mm thick for durability. I called him he came back said your right the floor looks bad it must of been a bad batch of epoxy. He said he would take care of it then he started to ask for more money. I told him no, I'm not paying for your mess up. He said ok, that he would be here Feb. 24 to fix it. He never showed up and he stopped answering my phone calls and texts. I just want what I paid for, I worked to hard to give someone 12k, it wasn't a cheap job.Initial Complaint

We hired ****** with Everything Epoxy to do our back patio. The project started in September 2023. Contract was signed and deposit of $3,450 in cash was collected by ******. Months went by without any real progress to the job. Numerous no-calls and no-shows. Eventually ****** agreed to forfeit the job but could not refund us our deposit. After multiple attempts to collect our deposit, he agreed to a notarized promissory note that allowed him to make monthly payments over 3 months. January 20th is scheduled to be the last payment. He has not made a single payment and ignores our phone calls and text messages.Initial Complaint

On November 21,2023 I hired and paid *************************** a deposit of $750 to do a proxy for my patio floors. He asked for a deposit of half to begin the work.He came to start the project on November 22 to buff the floors. Then he stated he had another job to work and returned November 29 and asked for another deposit to start buffing my garage floors. He left my residence to go buy materials and advised and he would come back to paint both the patio and garage floors and never returned. When I called back to check on his return I received several excuses. He would text advising he would return but never has and received the total amount of $1750 without any completion of the job requested. I proceeded to do my research and discovered I was not the first customer of many of who he has done this to. I have spoke with other customers who he has scammed and I am submitting a complaint to avoid this happening to other customers. I am very upset and disappointed that I was taken advantage of as I now have to find someone else to complete the work that he never finished.Initial Complaint

I entered into a contract with Mr. M. on November 10th, 2023. Under the Resurfacing Contract Proposal, Mr. M. was scheduled to commence work on my floor on November 13, 2022. As per the terms of the contract, I paid Mr. M. $2,500 in advance to buy the necessary materials and start the project. On November 18th, Mr. M. informed me he would not be able to complete the project as originally scheduled due to personal legal issues. At this time, Mr. M. had completed around 50% of the surface preparation. Because of the delay, we mutually decided to revise the contract and extend the completion date to November 26th, 2023. On November 24th, Mr. M. again informed me he would not complete the project on schedule due to staffing issues. At this time, Mr. M. had only completed the surface preparation of the concrete. Due to delays in the project timeline and the time sensitive intricacies of epoxy application, Mr. M. agreed to terminate the contract due to breach of contract and refund my initial deposit of $2,500. It is now December 2nd, 2023 and Mr. M. has yet to provide the refund on my initial $2,500 payment. I have not received the contracted services from Mr. M. nor received any communication since November 27th, 2023.Initial Complaint

A fraud artist going by the name of Justin M. is advertising everything epoxy flooring for incredibly cheap. According to him, the address of his business is **** ******* *****, Tampa, Florida 33624. This business is a hoax; avoid doing business with them. Their phone number is always full, but when they see someone they haven't scammed yet, they will pick up the phone and try to con you. They always demand identification; take a picture of the ID and the number on the truck plate; and don't pay anything up front until the job is finished. If they demand a 50% down payment, call your localBusiness response

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:Thank you so much for getting back to me on this matter, the latest.
Justin finally called me on December 12, 2023, at 10:21 AM, telling me to stop looking for him and not to enquire about his residence or when he will return my money from him and his girlfriend Chrisstie C. I told Justin that since he had given her instructions to accept two Zelle payments to her phone number, I had every right to question both her and him about the money I should be getting refunded to me and my wife for work not done to my house.
Then, Justin asked if we could arrange a payment plan so that he could reimburse me and my wife for the money that was owed to us for work not done on our property. that date was set for December 18,2023 at 9:00 am.
Again Justin did not show up or call or even text me of his whereabouts. mary I gave this man plenty of time to pay me back my 1445 dollars. I am now getting in contact with the Office of the Attorny General to look into the business practices of justin m. and anyone who is associated with his business practices.
Feel free to contact me on anything else I can assist you with regards to Justin M. and so call business
