We started doing business with MaintenX in Oct. 2023. We put a freeze on doing business with them in Jan 2024 due to non-payment. As of today 8/5/24 we are still owed thousands of dollars. We have tried many many times to get this resolved, only to be given the run-around. As a small business, we cannot afford to have this happen. They said they are a 30 day net for payout but we NEVER EVER got paid within 30 days, not even 90 days! I would not recommend this company to anyone, including the companies that hired MaintenX. The people that work there are wonderful and try to be helpful but their hands are tied. It is very very poorly managed! Management should be revamped ASAP!!

MaintenX will not pay its vendors on time, they owe our company thousands and all they have to say about it is that they are running late! This is not the first time this happens unfortunately all of our invoices are being paid 30-60 days after our 60 day payout agreement. The accounts payable department goes home early on Fridays but can’t catch up on making payments, how does that make sense!?!?

*Original Review*Spent $92,280 on a roof and AC job. Upon the initial proposal in November of 2021 they wanted an additional $8274 for wet insulation and gutters(ended up getting gutters installed from ************************ for only $300 quote) after I paid the full proposed amount. I spoke to Maintenx multiple times to make sure water does not run off the roof all over the pavement in which they verbally agreed was not a problem. It's unfortunate as I was recommended this company originally through a family friend and gave their VP ***************************** the full amount check in trust of him and Maintenx before the project was even finished. *Follow up based on owners response through ******* It seems it's easier for the o?wner to accuse myself and others of false claims rather than do what's right. I currently have paid the balance in full($92,280) and do not owe anything. Since the installation of the brand new AC and roof I've already had leaks, AC not blowing cold air, heater and thermostat completely shutting off. As expected he did not honor the warranty either and told the call center not to honor any recalls. My electric bill also increased in price. Maintenx was supposed to make sure no water runs off the roof and also ventilate 2 rooms in the building based on the proposal. They only ventilated one room and have not addressed or responded to any further concerns. Maintenx has not kept their word on what is supposed to be completed, the communication has been very poor ever since they received payment. I actually have never even once met or spoken to the owner except for the owner'sresponse on ******* I would hope in the future for someone that uses Maintenx to see how a person that spends over $90,000 on service is treated. This is all very unfortunate as the one employee of Maintenx, ***************************** was very friendly. I hope the owner learns from his employee on how to respond to customers.

Carlos serviced us here at Wawa 5125 and was absolutely amazing, he took care of all our issues and even helped with putting in sinks that will save us money in the long run. Thank you again Carlos from everyone here at Wawa 5125.
