    Unprofessional - No response from company I placed an order #**** on 11/26/2024. It has been 57 days. I have been trying to call the company and have reached out via email for several days and no answer/response. The caller actually disconnects. This is very unprofessional. I feel like I have been scammed out of $1200.

    My wife placed an order (6559) with this store on 10/14/2024. We received the order and found the rug to be of inferior quality. We want to return the rug for a refund. I attempted to do this several times, but ******* said the phone number on the web site does not work. I sent an email on 10/21/2024 and did get a response from a ****** ******. He said we could share the return label. That was the last response. I can't get through now, no phone number and no response on emails. Need advice on what to do next.

    I  received an email from The Rug Decor and I was instructed to keep the rug ($200) and I did receive a full credit. You may close this complaint.

    On 11/24/23, I purchased the Antique **** Green and Ivory Multi Size Wool Hand Knotted Traditional Vintage Area Rug (7x8), order #****, from The Rug Decor, and received a confirmation that is was being readied for shipping. I reached out to the compay in December, and they said it was not ready and would take 30 days. Since then, they have not replied to my recent request for update, and I cannot get their numbers or online chat service to work. I am afraid I am not receiving the product, for which I paid $739.
