  I got a text message solicitation to promise to buy home fast with cash with no closing fees. I signed a contract with them to sell a condo at 1909 ***************************************************. After signing instead of arranging closing, they asked to access to the property which I thought to be for inspection. But instead, they took pictures and put them on Zillow to sell the property there. In addition, they asked to show the house to potential buyers. The reason I want to sell the property this way is because a single mother and her daughter live there alone and do not want random people to come to the property. I believed that I was fouled and cheated. I decided to cut the tie with them. After that they called me by different people and at least four different numbers. And they filed to cloud on my deed so that I cannot sell it to anyone. The closing attorney told me that they demanded $20,000 to remove the cloud. This is truly a scam to distort money out of unsuspecting people who wants to sell their property quickly. I am seeking that they buy the property as they promised to close it ASAP without trying to sell it online first and they may never close if they cannot sell it. The company needs also to compensate the losses resulted from that I cannot close with other parties.
