    I bought an apartment. In the closing the rrsltor bought a warranty with Globe Home Protection. She paif $474.00. I have the paper . I try to uploaded but is to big. The closing was on september 21 , 2023. So now I'm having problem with the air condicion and I call the number and says this number don't accpts call. I check the website and say in contruction. So what can i do now. And the money paid?

    The listed phone number no longer takes calls. I've been trying to get reimbursed on a water heater that they told me they'd replace- I don't know if they went out of business. I signed up with a promotion to get an ultra violet light to attach to the AC unit. They never honored this. My saltwater pool system that I also paid extra to cover is in need of service. they said find your own provider. I did, they gave me a $2000 estimate for a new system. Again- no reponse to my attempts to contact and collect. Infuriating. I think I paid $750 for the home warranty and an additional $350 for the pool warranty. I was out of town this summer and called in a problem that the pool was making noise. I don't believe they sent anyone out to inspect, they just charged me $100 and said that there was no issue. Huge scam. Take them down please and try to recoup the $1200 for the water heater, and $2000 for pool estimate or at the least, refund all the money that I spent setting this up for lies.

    I have a home warranty with Globe Home Protection and have been trying to reach them to place an order for service. I have called the ************** number, and it is no longer in service. I have left an email, and it is going unanswered. I have a broken water heater and need assistance asap.If they are no longer in business, I would like a refund of my money that I paid for a home warranty policy.

    The Globe Home Protection 3-star warranty was included as part of a home purchase in April 2023. It is now February 2024, and I need to contact them to file a warranty claim on a hot water heater, which is covered under the plan. I cannot reach them. Their website says it is "under construction" and their phone number says it "is not setup to receive calls". I have sent an email, but am not hopeful to receive a response. Their ******** page is the only place I have found of other people claiming they are out of business. But they never notified customers about any insolvency and to seek other home warranties.

    Globe approved a claim and never sent ** the money we are owed. They insisted we replace the item that broke first and they would reimburse and never did. We submitted proof of purchase (emailed receipt) and were told many times the payment was on the way and we never got it. They quit responding to emails entirely and we are out almost $500 they never send us as promised. This company seems like a scam.

    We have two related claims against Globe Home Protection:1, We pay since 2019 Globe HP. Our second repair request have been unsuccessful, please, read below our email correspondance. Requested service on Sept 5, 2023. After several requests, Unlicensed Contractor "Harri" got dispatched on Sept 28, 2023 but we didn't give him access to our residence for safety reasons.My Repair, a licensed contractor been dispatched on Oct 2, who requested detailed description of the issue to have the parts on the initial call out. We called, emailed on Oct 17 while Mr ****** was present, waited, but no one from Globe HP came back to us. Of course, we paid $75 Call Out Fee -for nothing- to Mr *******Today, on Dec 11, three months later, we are still waiting!We have paid $425 on July 24, 2023 by Credit Card as Home Warranty: offered to *********************, the manager refunding the amount paid as the company refused performing, so we could take care of the repairs ourselves. At this day, our requests are simply ignored.Even the Declaration page of our Home Warranty Policy N: ********** havent been forwarded to us since July this year.Globe H P TOTALLY ignoring our claims, offering unkept promises, dispatch unlicensed contractors to customers residence!We would like to get our funds back to stop the waist of time, money and aggravation created by this company! 2, Globe HP pay realtors $75/customers/year. Being a licensed RE Professional, I referred one of my customers with TWO Units. My customer paid full price in May 2023, I have requested the two checks of $75 each several times. Finally, ********************* promised by email on 10/04/2023 funding my claims, but today still not received the checks.Would like to recover with BBB's help our ill spent $425 "Home Warranty, $75 call out fees without repair authorization, 2 X $75 fees / customers units. Total $650

    Globe Home Protection sent someone out to repair our non-functioning refrigerator on 10/10/2023. The person noted that the refrigerator needed parts and said he would report to GHP and they would decide if repair or replacement was in order. I called GHP on 10/13/2023. They said that they would reach out to the repair person. Since then GHP has not returned my phone calls and their web site shows "UNDER MAINTENANCE". I would like someone from GHP to call me so I can either have the refrigerator repaired or replaced.

    I had an issue with this provider when I had planned on using my new home warranty to file a claim for a dryer issue. I called this company multiple times (no answer, but left messages), along with emailing their sales department. Even then, I did not get a response. Is this company still in business? If this company is going out of business, I would like a refund or a way to transfer the new home warranty to another provider.

    Hello, I had submitted a claim ************ on 8/23/23 to repair the Washer and submitted another claim ************ on 8/30/23 to repair the Dishwasher. Both were diagnosed to replace the parts that were expensive to replace, so when I called the claims department, they said, they would like to reimburse if I purchased the new Washer and Dishwasher. They also confirmed that, they would reimburse $319.99 for the new Washer and $365 for the Dishwasher. I went ahead and purchased both the appliances. But I am yet to receive the confirmation from them that, these amounts are approved to be reimbursed. Any calls to the ******************* goes to their voicemails. I don't want to trust on verbal commitments, need their confirmation in writing. I was told once receipts are sent, they would reimburse in ***** days. Please help getting the voice heard to their deaf ears.

    To Whom It May ****************************** are in receipt of the above referenced case and have completed a review of the file.  The customer has been informed of his claim status by email and phone.  Receipts have been received recently.  The customer has been informed of our normal processing time as well.  The claim settlement payments are still in process and have an estimated deliver date of the end of October.

    I have not heard from this business or received the promised reimbursement and it is well past the end of October.
