    We paid ***************************** at Green Castle Lawn Care FL, LLC $2000 on 7/15/24 to start work on a paver project on 7/23/24. After several weeks of broken promises, we are now a month after payment was made and she is not returning our calls and seems to have absconded with the money.

    The company I complained against has finally responded to us about two weeks ago.  They said they would send a check for the full amount but I still have not received anything.  Please let me know what I can do to get my money back.

    I signed a contract on March 1rst and since that day until April 9th they showed up. They charged me up front $1800 because they needed it to buy a pallet. On April 9th, they came,took less than the half of my lawn and cut the cable wire. The people that they sent were not professionals, they didnt know what they were doing.They left without finishing the job because they needed an other truck to load, because the truck that they came with was broken. After that day, I been texting them, calling them and they didnt show up. They took my money and did nothing.

    I contracted the business - represented by ***************************** - on 11/4/2023 to do a landscaping project (removal of trees, shrubs, installment of pavers and re-sodding around my property) for $12,000. After start of project, we modified the project to add removal of another tree for an additional $1,200. The total landscaping project cost is $13,200. The project started on 11/9 & has an approximate completion date of 11/15. During project execution, a second project was added to install fence in an area of the property for $2,500. The business has been paid a total amount of $14,699 via Zelle. That includes the full $13,200 amount for the Landscaping project, and $1,499 downpayment for the Fence project. The landscaping project has not been completed yet, which is acknowledged by the contractor. There were some damages caused to my existing fence, as well. The 2nd project (Fence) has not started yet. A permit for the Fence installation submitted to the county by the contractor on 11/27 incorrectly identified my spouse as contractor. The permit has been denied by the county, with no additional actions being taken by the contractor to correct the issue. I communicate with the contractor in person, or via telephone call or text messages. The last communication I've received from the contractor was via text on 12/2. No further responses from them even after multiple phone calls & text messages from me. I have asked for a refund on my Fence project via text message but no response. I gave the contractor multiple opportunities to remedy the situation, but to no avail. I am kindly requesting your assistance in remediating this issue. A fair resolution is to refund the $1,499 downpayment for the Fence work, & partial refund of $1,000 on the unfinished landscaping project and damages incurred on the existing fence.
