            On November 12, 2024, there was a disposition hearing between me my attorney ***** ******* and the mediator as well upon my attorney discussing numbers for my case Attorney **** ****** started to laugh out loud in a very unprofessional matter and had a very upset about the numbers offending me and my attorney. my attorney told the mediator about his disrespecting and unprofessional way he was acting. it offended me and my attorney who is a female, and it was very wrong. *** already dealing with mental health issues about an injury i suffered on July 5 of this year a very serious traumatic injury for him to act in this matter was wrong and need attention asap from his firm.

            I am filing a complaint due to the treatment I have received from multiple attorneys and staff members that works at this law firm I have explained to three different attorneys the urgency of resolving this matter the primary attorney I was in contact with deliberately and intentionally made this process unreasonable she would ask or tell me to do one thing and change her mind asking for something else or additional to prolonged this process adding additional stress the receptionist are rude while explaining ny complaint another receptionists took the call and transferred me to a voice-mail I have left at least 12 voice-mail for attorneys ,manager's and other staff nobody returns calls I have pleaded with the attorney ********* to give my information to someone else since she give conflicting instructions she has since ignored all emails from me because I said I was going to file a complaint I am in dire need of the settlement I have expressed this for two weeks and for a full week multiple attorneys refuse to speak to me I am at risk of losing all of my personal belongings and by the time this complaint is reviewed my personal items will be gone I am upset and frustrated I have expressed this concern to multiple attorneys and staff members and it fell on deaf ears nobody will respond back via email or by phone I signed the release this law firm does not care at all about my situation or me losing my personal property which is why I agreed to accept the minimal amount of money and if I cannot no longer retrieve my person items this was done in vain and a waste of time I am asking for a immediate response due to the urgency I have expressed for the past two weeks and was ignored by multiple lawyers and staff members
