************************************ law Group; represent Rizetta; which is the management company for long lake ranch. There is rampant black mold in common areas within my town home. From exterior leaks from rainwater.****** has authorized inadequate repairs that have allowed black mold to stay in my home with a 18 month year old who is still developing her immune system. The law group has refused recommended testing from their mold hygienist they hired to check repairs; I feel like to cover up the situation and delay repairs; and not get testing done; that would prove the very toxic conditions that are existing within my home. Reported Issues to HOA in September 2022.In January 2023 the lawyers authorized "gel" to put put in exterior holes; to finally stop the leak. There has been no permanent fix. The lawyer group is claiming it is a builder issue (I called the builder; Beazer; they have not heard form my HOA or their lawyers)In January 2023 ****** and the lawyers also finally attempted to "clean" mold in a very limited area; (after no "permanent" fix for the "source") the repairs are not adequate; and were inspected; and multiple failures are present. They lawyers refuse to release any documentation that their contractors provided to me.
