    Sad to say that I’ve had the same experience as the other posters on here. I signed up for a year with them originally and their service is incredibly glitchy and was down for many weeks at a time. Any time they were “back up and running” there were so many glitches and issues with the product that they would shut it back down again for multiple weeks. I requested to cancel and refund the balance of the contract in January (I had signed up in late August). They refused to refund me but I understood my “subscription” to be cancelled once it expired in August. Late August rolls around and low and behold another $3600 charge is made on my card. No reminder (which is illegal) was provided ahead of time. I requested to refund it based on our chat history that I had attached. They “escalated” the issue and declined to refund me for the UPCOMING year of their terrible SAAS product saying that I didn’t actually cancel it. I have responded with the subscription laws for both Florida (where they are based) and California (where I am based) and have also disputed this charge with the credit card company. If none of these work, I will be taking them to small claims court for the total of both years subscription versus just the one year I am trying to get refunded. The worst company I have ever interfaced with. They operate illegally and unethically. Avoid at all costs. I’ll be taking this review to Reddit too.

    Watch out for this company. Their UI is consistently glitching and their customer service is horrendous. The only way to contact them is through their chat feature which is managed by a bunch of useless virtual assistants.Not only is their customer service terrible but their contract is also a sham. Make sure you read it before you sign it. They take no responsibility for their program's lackluster performance and they offer no refunds after you renew, regardless of the timeframe or how quickly you reach out to them. My account automatically renewed and I emailed them immediately to see if I could cancel or reduce my subscription and they refused. I tried to reason with them and settle for a lower subscription but they refused. I was trying to work with them to come to a reasonable solution as I no longer had a use for their program and they refused. I was not being unreasonable or irate, I was genuinely willing to work with them. There wasn't even a renewal notice and within 24hrs I was locked into another year for $5,000 with them... I've never lost that much money so fast in my life.Please heed the warning and do not do business with this company. They have no customer support, their program is lacking as compared to their competition, their contract is one-sided, and they have zero customer appreciation.

    This company has taken my hard-earned money without providing any services in return!! It has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal, as they held my $1500 for a staggering 10 & 1/2 weeks without offering any customer support or providing updates on the situation. until i finally requested to cancel the service and look for other providers Smarter Contact has shown no sense of urgency, made broken promises and offering a course through their chat suppot regarding when I could expect the service to be delivered. It had been a total of 74 days, equivalent to 10 and a half weeks, and yet they have refused to refund my money or even extend their services until the issue is resolved.What makes matters worse is that this company operates in a shady manner, hiding behind chat support with no real phone or email support available. This lack of accessible communication shows their lack of genuine intent in helping their customers. It appears that their main objective is simply to take your money and are unconcerned about the consequences for those who get caught up in their deceitful practices.I attempted to get a refund through my bank but they refused and apparently my bank couldnt do anything so it ended up leaving me with nothing in the end! They should be held accountable for their actions, and steps should be taken to ensure that no one else falls victim to their deceptive practices. I have no choice but to take legal action.Please spread the word and help prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment and financial loss that I have endured. Together, we can work towards ensuring a safer and more transparent business environment for everyone.
