I could not afford my diabetic medication so I searched online and found NiceRX. After reading the the "How it works Page" it states that they will get your medication for a 49$ monthly premium which will not be taken out until approved. After applying on NOV 21st 2022 they deducted the money as soon as I added my credit card info which was before approval for the service. I applied and uploaded the documents required and it's now been almost forty days and my status is still pending. In closing I would simply like a refund because I cannot afford to wait to see if this is a legitimate service. At this point I am working with my doctor to get the medication at a discount or transfer over to a cheaper yet effective medication. I have included a screen shot showing how long it's been since I applied for the service and a invoice for billing from them.*******,***********************.

They have no easy way to cancel the subscription. I signed up just to check if my husband was eligible and they have no info about how to actually cancel the subscription online, they never answer their phone, and they provide no way to check if youre covered without inputting your card information. It is also not a timely service. I just wanted to check availability, and now it would traje 4-6 weeks before we could even receive the prescription.

They have been taking 49 a month automatic from her when the medicine is free!!!! It is through GSK. I called to cancel (GSK) and stop payment. I sent in an application to NICERX on April 20th, 2022. I was contacted by them 5 times via email and 4 times via phone saying that my application was incomplete and pending. I never received any services from them i.e. discounted or free drugs yet they charged my credit card TWICE for $49 each time on April 25, 2022. I attempted to resolve this via American Express (the credit card they charged) and they claimed I authorized the charges, yet, NICERX did not provide me any services NOR did they approve and complete my application.

My parents are on limited income so I was trying to find affordable programs to cover my dad's medications. Found NiceRX and applied and got approved for 2 medications. I didnt realize I would be charged before receiving the meds but the representative informed me it was an application fee. Fine, I didnt read the fine print so accepted that. I had also applied to several other programs and was approved by one of the drug companies directly to get only one of the medications for free. I contacted NiceRx via email to cancel one drug. Instead of canceling one drug, they canceled both. I responded to the email saying only one drug was suppose to be canceled but whoever responded to my email said they did what was told by me and both drugs were canceled. I explained I never canceled both and to please call me so I can correct this mistake. I hear nothing from them for almost 5 days. I called and emailed and left messages. I finally get a call back from Nice Rx saying there is nothing they can do and I have to pay again to reapply. So basically, i wasted $98 for nothing and I still have to pay another $49 even though I was already approved. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but they told me they were the only person I could speak to and he was the supervisor. He did not agree to a refund or resolution even though Nice Rx made the mistake. The only reason why we need this is because of limited income and since this was not my mistake, why do I have to pay again? So frustrating.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/23) */ NiceRx is a fee based service and the payment terms are clearly displayed throughout our website and terms of service which were signed at the time of enrollment. You were billed on April 27 and we completed all of the required paperwork which was sent to your doctor's office and to the pharmaceutical company on the same day. You notified us on May 4 that you wanted to cancel our service which was actioned upon receipt of your cancellation request. We refunded your payment card in full and ceased service on May 4. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/05/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did not request to cancel the service for both drugs. The company canceled me without me asking them to. In addition, I did not receive a refund. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I signed up for assistance from nice arx to obtain assistance with my medications due to their expense. My complera for HIv is over 3.000.00 per bottle and mt depakote is over 300.00 for seizures and bipolar disorder. This was around June 2021 and paid 94.00 for the medications. Infectious disease meds are filled by Infectious disease doctors and internal med practitioners will not fill I'd meds so my primary care doctor sent the form bank to be sent to my ID doctor, and I have informed nicerx of the issue which seems something insurance companies or pharmacies would realize. As a medical practice. I have since been off my meds for 9 months, have gone from undetectable to over 600 viral load and my cd has fallen 700 points. Nextrx has fail to fulfill the order and now stays that money was for aperwork, when prior it was, " we will not collect any other funds until we get the order, but they refuse to send the form to Dr Mucci Annucci my ID doctor. I'd like them to fulfill their contract, and not get a bad reputation started by people that will not call when requested, I have told them I would be seeking social and customer assistance groups and got no response.

I'm enrolled in a Lilly Cares Foundation Patient Assistance Program. I was going thru a re-enrollment process when I received an e-mail from NiceRx.com. The e-mail said I needed to complete a Consent Authorization Form. Because I had just been talking with a Lilly Cares Representative, I assumed this was part of the Lilly Cares process. I was advised I would now be charged $49 for each prescription. I contacted Lilly Cares and they advised me that there is not charge and my prescriptions are filled by Labcore Specialty Pharmacy so, no problem. I just view my Credit Card account and there was a $49.00 charge from NiceRx. My wife immediately contacted the CC company and disputed the charge. We then went to the BBB site I saw there were other complaints about NiceRx. We should have checked with the BBB first! I have since reviewed the Consent Authorization form in detail and I don't see anything that could be classified as illegal. QUESTIONS: (1) Are they (NiceRx) somehow tapped into the Lilly Cares system? (2) How did they get my CC number as that was never asked for?

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/21) */ Dear Sirs, NiceRx does not purport to be Lilly Cares. NiceRx advertises regularly on many platforms. The customer created an account on NiceRx using the email handle consumyerfirst.com. He submitted all his personal information required for the assistance including credit card information, tax returns, consent forms etc. We have his IP and date/time stamp logged. We can retrieve this to show that he did apply, or at the very least, someone from his household did. We believe he did apply to the service. There is absolutely no reference to Lilly Cares. As regards the credit card details, this is part of the sign up journey. An application cannot be created without this information. In addition, he had numerous emails successfully sent to him informing him of the process updates. It seems he signed up for the service and then decided to go direct to Lilly Cares. It is fanciful, at best, that he thinks someone has access to his: 1. Dr's office details 2. Credit Card Details 3. Tax Returns 4. SSN 5. Medication required 6. Numerous emails sent by and sent to NiceRx from his personal email handle.
