I ran a load for Brave Freight as an Independent Contractor back in December 2021 from Industry, CA. to Jamestown, ND. I was told that because the customer wrote on the BOL that some of the boxes were damaged they had 9 months to file a claim on the damages, however after speaking to the customer of the load they stated that they had paid the Factoring Company that Brave Freight uses. Needless to say 9 months has come & gone & I terminated my contract with Brave Freight 11 months ago, however still have not been paid for that load or the $2400.00 that I had in my escrow account. I have tried to multiple times to contact the owner **** & he has ghosted me. Also, you can not get anyone in the office because they have no legitimate physical address as I have tried to serve them once already with a small claims lawsuit for stealing my money. My advise to anyone thinking about going to work for these clowns is to think twice about it before you sign contract with them.

I have leased one of my trucks (Heavy Haul) to Brave Freight, LLC, which also goes by **** Brave, LLC, for a mutual benefit. I was verbally promised that my truck would be generated between 15k to 55k per week. Once I signed the contract, the company used my truck for their benefit. In seven weeks, my tractor has generated over 33k.Meanwhile, I had to call them weekly to get a settlement report statement. When I confront the accountant, *************************, about how the math never adds up, he always says he will go and figure out why the numbers do not make sense and get back to me, and he never does. No matter how much money my truck generates, I pay my driver out of pocket every week because Brave Freight keeps all our proceeds. I pay for all the operation of my truck, and brave Freight charges me for a trailer I am supposed to be renting, while I have never agreed or signed a contract to rent any trailer from them.Brave Freight even charged me for trailer repairs of damages that occurred before my driver picked up the trailer. As of our last load, I am still waiting to receive a check or a settlement from Brave Freight. Even though I have ended my partnership with them. Brave Freight went as far as going to my ************* Account and Deducting $1,002.32 after I voided my contract with them and stopped all relations with the company.It comes to be known that I am not the only contractor that they have scammed. I am in contact with a few of these Owners, and together with are taking legal action.***********************************
