This company originally when booked stated that they would charge $149 additional after two hours. However before the movers got to the delivery destination they kept trying to pre authorize my card for more than what was on the contract. Then when I told them that's not what was stated they kept unprofessionally going back and forth with me telling me either I'm going to pay or my items won't get delivered. Not one time did the drivers show up to the delivery destination. This place is a scam, they will steal your items and try to overcharge you more than what was actually stated. I'm currently filing a civil suit over this company. Beware! It sounds all good over the phone but once you put your card on file they will try to scam you and steal all of your items.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/03) */ Thank you to the BBB for helping us resolve this matter with Ms. ******. She was sent a full explanation of her charges prior to the move to which she replied in agreement. She then signed the move contract in three separate places agreeing to the rate and terms. After the crew loaded her items the supervisor attempted to pre-authorize the credit card she provided for payment. We do all that we can in writing and verbally to make sure our customers know that payment is due at delivery. Ms. ****** put a block on her card (per the information she gave over the phone on move day) to prevent her charge going through. She said that she did this in the morning before her move started. This statement alerted the supervisor that she may not have intentions of paying for service at all. She instructed our office to run the card again. It declined for insufficient funds. She refused to provide another method of payment so we were forced to exercise our lein rights and bring her items back to the warehouse for storage. The overnight storage fee was waived for her ($500) as a courtesy. She decided to pay by another method and was able to pick up her items Monday afternoon. All was done in adherence to the contract we have with Ms. ******* and also State laws.
