    Teco Peoples Gas in error claimed that an unpaid bill was due when I initiated "new" gas service at my home where there "never" was gas piping in the neighborhood. (to note over a period of the last 3 years TECO had gone thru my neighborhood and had installed gas lines thru the streets). I informed them that there could not be an unpaid bill at my home address because of this fact. They agreed and took the unpaid amount off my bill. But, in the meantime they reported this amount to a collection agency and the collection agency reported this collection to the three-credit bureaus. I contacted TECO Peoples Gas and informed them of this and requested that they correct this with their collection service company. It is imperative to note only **** can rectify this problem as they are the originator.They have over a period of 4 month and many phone calls and requests acted in complete negligence to correct their mistake. Caution to all who use TECO Peoples Gas , they have a monopoly on natural gas service in my neighborhood and have acted in total disregard to their responsibility in this matter.

    An Operation Engineer spoke with Mr. C******* regarding the outages in his area. The Operations Engineer let Mr. C****** know she reviewed the outage information and the momentary outages on the system are a normal and a part of the normal breaker process.

    The Operation Engineer let Mr. C****** know momentary outages cannot be completely eliminated only mitigated. Mr. C****** said he understood and thanked the Operation Engineer for her time.

    I have no issues with TECO Peoples Gas. Usually, i pay my payments through online banking system. Recently my relative was out of town and requested to pay their bill. One day i called customer service for payment and it connected to third party company called Billossom LLC. They took my relatives account information and my credit card information for the payment process and the payment been processed successfully and got confirmation number. One day there was unauthorized charges on the same card which i provided to pay my relatives account payment. i have to call my credit card company to look on unauthorized purchases and they collected money back on different payments . Also they cancelled my card and issued a new credit card. Here the real story starts now. One day i got a call from Billossom LLC. regarding the payment cancellation from credit card company and they asked me to pay the bill otherwise they suggested to request credit card company to put back money on my relative's account. Instead of calling credit card company which i payed, i used a different credit card to pay the payment and the payment did not go through meanwhile somebody came in the middle of the call and he started telling the same story. I told him just now i was talking to one of your representative and provided information. i disconnected the call. from next day onwards slowly i could see some suspicious charges for booking hotels and restuarant food orders on my card which i have no idea. even i asked my son who shares the same card and even he did not recognized the charges. I have to call credit card company to cancel my second credit card too. I have a big problem with paying payments through credit cards on phone to Billossom LLC. so please don't pay through phone to these company looks the reps or company doing fraud. I hope the  TECO company have to take care of these kind of issues.

    Who do I complain to about a horrific detrimental hardship on my family with this company Tico committing fraud and scam scamming me and taking money for me and destroying my life and my family. I need to know who do I contact its not the *** please. somebody put post a note and let me know.

    I can not afford my bill anymore. Customer service does nothing to address heating and cooling cost. I have called various times on my issue. I have been trying to find a solution in order for me to afford my bill. I have called so many times and feel I get pushed to the next department. My bill at this time is over $1500.00, I can barely afford the regular cost. I live in a brand new apartment where my heating and cooling should be at least affordable. I have even requested if my apartment complex can try and reach out to assist me in having somebody audit my account and maybe tell me why my monthly bill charges are over $300.00. My apartment is 1100 square feet and it is only three of us and we are never home during the day. I really need somebody to help me and tell me why my bill is so high. I feel lost and it is sad that each month I live depressed knowing my service will be cut each month. I am a single mom and fear I will live with no power soon if something is not regarding my account. I understand rates have gone up with our economy however I need somebody to help me now if not I may have to pursue further legal issues. I am tired of being treated like a people pusher to the next department. Please help me I am in desperation to have my account audited and helping me.

    I just moved in 1 month ago. TECO charged me $150 for connection and deposit. My first bill of gas usage was only $15. Because I wasnt notified of the charges when moving in, my gas got shut off WITHOUT notice. **** insists they did send a shut off notice. I now have to pay an additional $87 to reconnect service which they claim cannot be waived out of good faith and good customer service. I am a single guy so its fine I will live. But to think TECO does this to FAMILIES and takes away their hot water and gas at the blink of an eye is despicable. They need to do better in communicating and offering customers TIME. I did not receive a phone call, an email, a letter, NOTHING. EVERY gas and electric company Ive dealt with in the past made NUMEROUS efforts to contact me and communicate with me if there was ever any issue. TECO and its staff should be ashamed of themselves for constantly providing the bare minimum service.
