We do not work for the courthouse or any government agency as stated on our envelope. The information provided comes directly from the courthouse as I'm sure you realized when you went to the courthouse. It is generated threw the public records database. You could have saved yourself a trip by calling your local property appraiser's department. Hopefully you were able to clear your deed title. Without our letter you may have, not ever known if their was a discrepancy. Our letters have a wealth of valuable information, collected from multiple recourses. Hope you were able to get everything straighten out.

Of course, you are under no obligation to purchase the deed and property profile.
This is clearly stated in 30 font bold letters in the letter.  It is clearly not deceptive or fraudulent.

We are a legitimate company that saves homeowners the frustration of going to the courthouse to obtain a copy of their deed. Please do not confuse us with other corporations that do not fulfill the request for your deed copy and property information. 

We also provide a property profile.  Our information is obtained through county official records, state departments and other organizations. Our property profile includes the legal description, parcel identification number, property history, assessment and other pertinent information.

These documents provide homeowners with information about their land, the building and other aspects of the property.  This can prove useful when determining the value of a property, property ownership, and other details regarding your property.  ************ are voluntary as stated in bold in our letter, also our envelope states in bold:  WE ARE NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY. You are providing false information. We have been in business over 25 years and never claim to be with the government agency. Quite the opposite if you read our disclaimer in giant print. Many our gratefully for the information we provide even if they never use our services. This is a public platform and the LLC shows we are a business, not a government agency. So sorry you misunderstood our letter. That is why we have a email address for those with questions or concerns before bothering the BBB. As we try and help all that inquire. Have a great weekend.

We are a document retrieval service and have been doing business for well over 25 years for Banks and Title company, now homeowners. What we provide is the same as if you went down to the courthouse yourself. We save you the time of driving to the courthouse parking the waiting in lines. We do that for our service fee. We also provide a free property report with a wealth of information. You are more than welcome to purchase your own deed if you should decide to. Most homeowners are not even aware when a newer deed is recorded. We provide an email address for those that have questions or concerns without the need to contact the ***. We are here to answer all concerns and have helped many homeowners with an array of concerns. So sorry you felt you could not reach out to us. We are here to help if you use our services or not.

I responded to your questions and concerns as stated in the letter below. Which you did not respond to. We provide a service and you are under no obligation to purchase this deed if you choose not to.

We do not work for the courthouse and provide a document retrieval service for over 30 years, now for homeowners. Working for Banks and Title Companies. Anyone can get their own deed if they like. We make sure we have in bold 30 font print this is a solicitation and, on our envelopes, we have in bold print. We are not a government agency. We comply with all postal regulations. So sorry for any confusion this letter may have caused, glad our letter assisted many in getting your own deed. We provide the recording information as well as much more.  We are aware of the bad BBB report. People do not report the good, only the bad or in our case they report us just receiving our letter. We provide an email address for anyone with questions or concerns.  We have helped hundreds of people with fraud, typos and wrong addresses. Our letters are a wealth of information. The documents from the internet are not the same as the ones from the courthouse as I'm sure you are aware of. Anyone can get their own deed if they like. We are providing a service and no one is obligated to purchase our deeds unless they would like to. Many homeowners are unaware of these deeds being recorded. We answer all emails, unlike other companies or copy cats.

I assure you we are a legal company. We provide a great service to a great deal of Homeowners. We can save you all the time traveling to the courthouse, parking and traffic. The deeds are not the same as from the courthouse. Ours have no watermarks or headers or footers. Most people send letters of Thanks. Please disregard our letter. No one is under any obligation to purchase a deed from us as stated in our letter.

So sorry you have gotten multiple letters. That would indicate you have multiple properties threw out the year. Newer deeds are being drawn up and recorded.
