            On April 24, 2024 I placed an order & paid $219.80 & later received what I ordered. On May 24, 2024 I was charged another $219.85 & later received an order that I did NOT place. I tried to call several times & no one ever answers, the only option is to leave a voice mail. I still have 95% of the order I placed so I didn't need any more nor did I want any more of their product. I don't have a problem with the 1st shipment since I ordered it (even though it will probably go in the trash). I have the problem with the 2nd shipment which was not ordered or wanted.             I ordered what I thought was 1 bottle of the tablets for 39 and after the order went thru they charged my bank card $****** , immediately I sent them an email asking to cancel my order,and they refused I told them to stop the order but they said the most money I could get back is 40 out of the ****** they charged me,they shipped my order and I refused it and sent it back and they still refused to refund my money. I was wondering if there is any way I could get my money back and I wanted to warn other people out there

            I ordered product on the keto maxx website and I didn't realize the amount was per bottle I contacted them the next business day and was told it was too late to cancel the order but they would refund me the amount of 125.89 and 22.17 this was on March 21 2022 I received the emails from them I have yet received the money back I have been calling them non stop and I also called my bank to verify the money was never received the company keeps saying they will send it to the billing department and some one will get back to me in 24/48 hours and this has been going on since the refund was dispose to be processed .my bank sees where the amount was initiated on March 21 on their end but no money ever came through
