    Horrible service, poor equipment! We are stuck in a lease with a substandard copier and have been ignored by our representative. We are also still waiting for them to come hook up the fax function on the machine from installation that was in April of 2022.

    I would have given no stars if I could. I had a machine with them for 4 years. The machine never worked. They have come to my business numerous times and it was never fixed. The machine never worked with my server. The machine was very old. I requested a replacement multiple times. A couple of weeks ago (after 4 years) they agreed to replace it. They did that after my account manager tried to make me sign a new lease for a new machine, which I refused. They scheduled the new machine to be installed. I came to my office for that purpose, and they did not show up. They blamed it on a "scheduling error". I am now forced to break my lease and pay the penalty. I really do not think they care. I would stay away from this company if I could. I am only telling a part of the story because I would exceed the allowed characters if I said everything.

    This is the worst company ever. I deal with contracts on a daily basis. After almost 5 years I did a lease buyout. I have never had an executed contract until today after I am being charged again for liquidated damages for the service contract that was never provided to me until today again not executed. When calling for the buyout I was given an amount which I paid, now I have to cancel a service contract and pay additional fees. The contract that I originally received you can't even read it. In December of 2020, I was sent a legible contract that was not executed and now all of a sudden there is an executed contract. There has to be some fraud going on and I agree with the other 2 complaints they do not explain the contracts at all and strongarm you into paying for a service that was not clearly explained at all. I have always had the understanding that it takes 2 parties executing a document for it to be binding.

    This company must be run by people who don't care about their customers, other than customers paying their bills on time. Only a few service techs seem to know what they're doing. Sales is even worse. I wouldn't hire DEX Imaging to clean up after my dog!

    I would give this business 0 stars if I could. Contracts are written in such a way that you are breaching it by simply installing some toner that wasn't provided by DEX themselves. Furthermore, when we signed our contract with them, they did not input it in their system properly. So when calling for toner on one of the 30 printers we had on contract, their customer service informed us they only had 3 devices on contract ( of which the printer in question was not one) and therefore would have to charge us for the toner. Regardless of the contract in my hand specifically stating that the printer was included. To make things worse with this company, We are tax exempt and we discussed this with one of their reps. 1 month after sending our tax exempt forms and agreeing with their reps about being tax exempt I get emails about how we "short paid the taxes" on our invoices. In conclusion, stay very far away from this company, they will strongarm you into a contract and then fight you at every turn when attempting to make use of that contract. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!
