            I placed an order, totaling $277.00, on November 27, 2023. I received a confirmation message on that date. On November 30, I received a message indicating that my order was on the way. When I look at my order on the company website, it states that the order will ship within 10 days.On December 16, the tracking information provided showed it was still in "pre-shipment" status. I sent a message, requesting an update. On December 18, I received a response which stated that they would check on the issue and report back as soon as possible. On December 20, having heard nothing, I asked again; I received no response. On December 22, I sent a message indicating that (a) my order should ship that day or (b) I wanted the order canceled and my purchase price refunded. I received no response.On December 26, I received a message stating that my order would ship within the next 3 days. I have sent several messages back to them clearly stating that I want to cancel the order; I do not want to have it shipped at this point. They are ignoring my cancellation request.

            The company has agreed to issue a refund. They did ship the product, I refused the delivery, and they have received the items back at their warehouse.

            Since they have agreed to refund the purchase price, I believe this complaint can be closed.

            I have ordered ****** worth of Christmas items from this shop via thier online store, I have reached out through multiple forms of contact with no response about when I will receive my shipping information and or if the items have shipped. I would either like the items or like a full refund.

As you can see from the photo provided *** Shows they have delivered the product, as well as provide their own picture that the delivery was made. Please let us know if there is more information needed to prove that the Customer *********************** Has Received Her **********************. We will reach out to customer to ensure that a replacement isn't needed to be sent.
