  I am writting to complain so that the owner of this company is investigated as he is fradulently receiving assistance for rent and still after receiving payment is evicting having had received payment in full. He does a rent to own I have a rent to own lease signed on 03/15/2020 that runs till 12/15/2023. On the lease it states he is to check property monthly which he has failed to do so. He claims I am in a rental but has not maintained nor done any repairs. To everything he states itr is my responsibilioty. Since August 2020 central ac broke and need to be replaced he stated I needed to replace unit, since I could not get the unit financed I opted to buy window units and he got upset and stated that I had to replace the ac unit that he was not going to do so. The stove he provided stopped working as well as the fridge and same he even had another tenant pick up broken and I had to buy new appliances that now he claims tha if I move and take he will report a theft against me. Since I moved in I reported to him a crack in a tub and he told me I had to repla ce tub. Now he claims im in a rental and as a landlord using a company as a front and receiving federal funds for rental assistance he does not keep up properties, in addition files evictions when tenants are reaching end of contract to get a hold of property and do the same thing again in other words he has a family sign a contract stating you are buying the property you put money into it and reaching the end finds a way to get you evictred to keep the property and any and all investment you made. He actually files a case in pasco to get me evicted having had signed an application for the rental assistance. i have a stay he is requesting a lift to have me evicted when he has received payment in fiull for what was **** and I am paid for currently. I have attached the lease he uses and he states at the end all I have to sign the property over is a quick claim deed.

  Good day

     ****** lost the case in the Pasco county courthouse where Honorable Judge ************************* presided over the case at the ********* Courthouse. Arguments presented by ****** were extremely week and even though she pleaded thrice, her requests for presenting herself for a court-hearing were refused by Honorable Judge **************************

  For your reference, the case number is 512022CC002693CCAXES. The judge has already signed the writ of possession and final judgement. However, ****** filed for bankruptcy making matters worse for herself.
  

  ****** continues to remain in violation of the lease because of the # of pets, property destruction, and having unauthorized adult living at the property which she refuses to address. ****** continues to act in bad faith.
