  I was referred to GCM Tax and Financial Services by my co-worker *****************************. I contacted the owner, *********************************, I made **** aware that I was referred by ********, and that I was interested in his services due to his $500.00 flat rate fee. He then gave me the options of either coming into his office, or communicating remotely to prepare taxes for myself (BA), my fianc ********************* ***** **** brother ***************************** (SA). I agreed to preparing the taxes remotely, and with the permission of my fianc and brother, I sent him over all of the requested information he needed in order to prepare all of our returns. Mind you, **** did not send over any contracts where any of us could sign to agree to any terms and conditions but given the nature of his and ********* relationship, as well as the conversation I had with him over the phone, he reassured me enough for me not to question or raise any red flags during that time. Within an hour he was able to give me estimations of how much we could all essentially receive but he was still waiting on me to provide him some information on Selamawi. After sending him the last piece of information, he hadnt followed up with me until I contacted him asking for an update. He reassured me my taxes were already processed, sent me the returns for all of us via email. He shorted us all.Our refund amounts as stated on the return documents: BA: $7907.00 AP: $7392.00 SA: $6946.00 We received the following deposits: BA: $6252.11 (short $1154.89) AP: $5392.68 (short $1459.32) SA: $5303.11 (short $1142.89) I attempted negotiating with ****, to return the difference taking account the $500 agreed upon fee. I was met with defensive unprovoked aggression and could no longer continue reasoning with said individual. My concerns not only stop at retrieving our money, but to make sure his unethical business practices are investigated given he has violated multiple rules and provisions as a licensed CPA.

  Thank you for contacting me regarding this complaint and giving me the opportunity to respond it.

  To be short, From recording phone calls and saved text messages, during my early conversation with **************** there was no mentioning or communication about my fees and how much I charge.

  Our early conversation was just she would like for me to prepared her return for her  in order to received the maximum refund as possible. After, I had offered her the options of coming to my office or work virtually, she had decided to do it virtually. after she forwarded all the requested documents for her, her brother and boyfriend Then I worked on the returns. *till there were no mentioning of my fees and how much I charge. After, completing all 3 returns and gave her the amount that each of them will be receiving she was still very happy and enthusiasm about my service and agreed with all amounts giving. To show how much she was happy and satisfied about my services, she went on my ****** page and wrote me a review on how satisfy she is and I'm the best in town. 

  It is after 3 weeks pass and *** had sent the refund, then she start having a big deal about how much I had charged. 

  ********************, Mr. * ****** and **************** all received their exact amount that they were all agreed on. All information had been provided to all of them before their returns were submitted to the *** and all of them were in agreements when the returns had been submitted. Electronic communications are all in files for reference.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  ********************************* is a LIAR  and I will be getting transcripts of all the phone calls I am going to be  escalating this even further and filing a civil law suit on him. if you look into his history he has multiple cases where he has ripped people off not just be hes even been in the news. you are a liar and the truth always comes out
