  Morning BBB,My mother in law ***************************** has brain cancer, her insurance company asked the ridewyse company to pick up her and send her back due to the radiation, the patient situation is not good, she is so weak, after radiation, the ridewyse company always delay to send her back , we usually wait for rides yes to come around 1:30-2 hours, we even told this company many times to come on time, they never care what we said, ************** has very serious health issue, and ridewyse even give high pressure to their driver, the driver even told them, the patient needs 10 mints to finish radiation, they not listen, they still dispatch the job to him, the driver told me this company has 3 drivers, and they knew the made very bad schedule, but they never change, what else we can do? We only can come to BBB and complain about this company, they dont care patients feeling, I wish they could give us better service , picture themselves in our situation, we still has some job to do, because ur service is late, we cant go to our job on time.

  We are very familiar with this member and still transport them to this day.  It is our top priority to transport all of our passengers safely and as efficiently as possible. We have tight schedules for all of our drivers, and sometimes our drivers can become delayed due to previous passengers.  There have been occasions where our driver has been to pick up this member on time and they told our driver they were not ready yet.  At these times, our driver must move onto their next scheduled pickup and then return after that to keep his flow of schedule as smooth as possible.  We apologize for any wait times this member may have experienced and are constantly working to improve the experience for our passengers.
