As a new time-share owner, I was contacted by Global Property Services. First, they promise to advertise your property for 180 days. There is no proof they do advertise your property. They also don't tell you that you have to do all the work while they collect your $ 1500 advertising fee. You have to search the resort they tell you about and nearby resorts for vacancies. I suppose there will be no refund so, life lesson learned. Whatever you do, if contacted by Global Property Services, HANG UP!

We understand your concerns. When you signed up, you were sent a welcome email which contained a link directly to your property profile in which it is being marketed. It was explained to you that we do not take power of attorney so you do need to verify and accept the offers, which we have continuously been submitting. I received a call from GPS last May 2021 asking if I would like their company to rent my unused RCI weeks. I was hesitant with the call. They assured me that corporations are always calling to rent weeks. they assured me that they could rent them within 60-90 days. I paid a fee for this service which they said money back guarantee after 180 days if unable to rent them. They have not rented any of the weeks since last May,10 months ago.
I am writing a letter to them also to request my money back.
If I do not hear from them,I will continue my claim.

We understand your concerns. Upon review we have continuously submitted offers in regard to your account. Per your contract, the refund option was within the first 10 days of signing up. Also, that any weeks remaining at 180 days will be remarketed at our expense for more offers. We are working diligently and will follow up with an update.Customer Response

I sent you a letter as requested if I wanted to cancel and receive my money back. I sent it certified mail and it was returned to me. I sent it to the address that was given to me and also is on the memo that you send to me when you have an offer to check on with RCI. Why was it sent back unopened.

You did not answer my question. I sent you a letter certified mail and the address was crossed out with magic marker and returned to sender, which was me. It was the correct address.
