            Mr. Dan from Suncoast Aluminum Inc showed his professionalism until he got the money. After payment, he never responds to calls, messages and not honoring the workmanship warranty he gave in the contract. Since this lanai was built in July 2020, I have been complaining about the leaks, leaks and leaks... but none of them got fixed by Suncoast Aluminum. They simply don't fix leaks. Very poor workmanship and do not honor the warranty. On July 26th, 2020, Leaks were reported on the wall near the corner of existing lanai, right above the windows. These leaks still exist. Water still leaks and that's where my exercise equipment is present near the electric outlet. Sent him several videos and pictures showing the concern about water leaning right above power outlet. On July 26th, 2020, Panel leaks were reported. Video clip was shared. This is where the panel is attached to the existing lanai. This leak still exists. Water drips from the roof panel and a picture is present in the shared google drive. On Aug 17th, 2020, Leaks were reported all around the corner of the existing lanai. Leaking on the walls between the corner of the existing lanai and the window, and around the window. These leaks were not fixed till today. Video clip and pictures were shared to Mr. Dan. On Aug 17th, 2020 - Leaks were reported - These leaks were the same as the ones reported on July 26th, 2020. Not fixed until now. On Aug 30, 2020, I've reported leaks on the wall right over the electric outlet. These leaks are the same as reported on July 26th, 2020 and on Aug 17th, 2020. These are not fixed. I'm still afraid that water may leak into the electric outlet down below these leaks on the wall. I lost a treadmill due to these leaks. A Video clip and pictures were shared with Mr. Dan but no response. Ever since this Lanai was built, every time when it rains, just leaks. I've been reporting these leaks to Mr. Dan, but he doesn't respond. Please fix these leaks and complete the work.

            Dan has finished a lanai contracted on Dec. 25, 2021. a few months later and it looked beautiful, but as soon as it rained i noticed a leak in the extension of my roof that I conracted. I have called Mr Dan. at least once every other week with no response to come and fix this problem. I have been calling and text messaged him to come and fix the problem. He still did not respond till date.
