I had a truly disappointing experience at this establishment. The manager was unprofessional and used offensive language towards me. Furthermore, they had a tendency to cancel appointments without notice, causing considerable inconvenience. On top of that, the technician's work was questionable and unsafe, which left me feeling extremely uneasy about the service provided. I would strongly advise caution before considering this place for your needs.

This is a false review as the customer's home was never entered by our company due to a previous visit in which the customer was not present for a previous appointment in September 2023 and he complained that his roommate provided access to the home.
******************** is upset because a *********** project manager made the call to NOT enter his premises with the roommate only in attendance at this appt that was scheduled and confirmed by ******************** himself.

I understand your concerns, but it appears there might be some confusion in this situation. Mr. ********** perspective is that his appointment was canceled on multiple occasions and that the work done by your team was subpar, leading him to seek services from another company recommended by a Duke advisor. It's important to address these concerns and clarify the situation to ensure a fair resolution. Through my home wiring coverages with ************ they sent out Weather Check Electric. ***** and **** were knowledgeable, professional and on time! It did not take them long to remove a fixture and install a new ceiling fan and they respected everything they handled! I will definitely be using Weather Check Electric again!
