We recently had our cabinets re faced with this company. We were told it would be a 3 day project, which actually turned into 10 days. Of which 3 days where no show. There was a total lack of communication by the company. Our kitchen was out of order with the stove and refrigerator moved out for the convenience of the installer, which means additional monies had to be spent on eating out. In the end the area the counter where the stove fits was left unwrapped, the cabinets over the refrigerator were cut off as the measurement was incorrect, making the bottoms straight while all the other doors are beveled. The hinges were upside on one set of doors, as well. When asked if the company could provide a discount, Mr ********************** agreed over the phone to do so. This was on the last day of work, Friday. By Sunday evening, instead of pickng-up our check, we received an email threatening us that he would put a lein on our home. By Monday he called saying he would stop by and pick up payment with about half of the discount. Frustrated and wanting resolution we paid him. Later that week I mailed him a letter with a day by day account of our experience. Mr ********************** indicated he received it and would provide an additional discount that was November 16th and we have not heard from him since. His contract guarantees 100% satisfaction, we are not!

Difficult to work with and very impolite. After a long process to arrange a first meeting, he scheduled a second return visit. He did not appear and did not call to say he was not coming. When I followed up he said he did not come because I did not want to add an extra cabinet above my refrigerator. When I said I really did not want to add the extra cabinet he said my kitchen would look goofy and hung up on me. It has been four weeks of wasted time from my first attempt to schedule with him to his hang up. Save yourself the time and find a professional.

Just had my kitchen re faced,( this is my third) Philip with help of Noel did a marvelous job, very professional and clean, left my kitchen spotless every afternoon before they left!!! I must tell you, I LOVE MY KITCHEN!! Thank you Mr S.!!

Swailes re face it, just finished my kitchen( this was my third).****** with help of **** did a marvelous job very professional when they left in the evening they cleaned up to make the kitchen spotless.We were in queue for a few months definitely worth it!! *****************!! Just had Swailes Re-Face It do my cupboards.They did a fantastic job.They were very professional,showed up on time and cleaned up every day.I would highly recommend this company.

We really needed our kitchen cabinets updated and Swailes Re-Face It came through for **. *******************************, the owner, meets with each prospective customer personally--that really meant a lot to us. Although we were in a queue for several months, it was truly worth the wait. The installation team comprised of **************************** and *****, were superb. They were cordial, hardworking, and so detailed in their process. And they had to deal with old cabinets that were not square or installed perfectly to begin with. Their expertise and experience really showed through when they were making corrections to minor problems that existed. We are so please with our brand new kitchen and the fact that our beautiful new cabinets perfectly complement our new stone countertops and sink. We highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the refacing of our old cabinets. Gary's team did a great job. They were punctual and worked very hard until the job was completed.

Our kitchen now looks fantastic. Refaced 40 year old cabinets and added crown molding. Looks like a brand new kitchen. Phillip and Noel did a fantastic job and were very accomodating and pleasant to be around. We would highly recommend them.
