  I paid $2800 to have my pool deck & driveway sealed in December 2021. These areas are completely weed infested & the promised sealed "wet look" never came through. I can send pictures per your request. I have tried contacting the company several times to redo to best represent a quality product & they are unwilling to do so. I can send you text correspondence. I am looking to receive a refund so I can have another company complete the job that was promised & that I was expecting. Florida Attorney General has been contacting him since May 2022. They have over 10 logged calls with no response & no resolution.

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/18) */ I Jeffrey F******* have talked with Mr. ******** attorney and seniors against crime regarding this matter and in our contract witch I will attach and have circled the part pertaining to weeds and pavers soaking in sealer do to age and or manufacturing I've tried to have a sales rep from sealer manufacturer meet on site with me and Mr******** and he refused Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/10/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have since paid an additional $2600 to a reputable company to seal the pavers. It has been two months & there are absolutely no weeds present. For clarification, I did not deny a sealer representative to come out. I denied being charged more to fix the poor excuse for the job completed. Read his response carefully & you can clearly see the lack of integrity. When sealer is applied correctly the results are excellent. Buyers beware. Quality & integrity are no longer associated with Clean & Seal. Unsure what the last response from Clean & Seal means unless it's a technique to try to close this complaint regarding being taken advantage of & poor customer service? To clarify, I receive an update from the Florida Attorney General & the representative said Clean & Seal had not returned their voicemails in over 7 weeks from initial contact. Once again buyers beware. Choose a reputable business with recent customer service recommendations. It is my understanding this business name was recently acquired by the current owner so historical recommendations over 1 year old would be from prior ownership I assume.
