            I made a purchase of over a hundred dollars on 1/22/2022 on the magic tape bundle. I was excited to support a black business and to see the highly anticipated results. After waiting the 10 business days as informed in the product detail, I reached out via email. The response was very rude asking if I read the shipping policy. After several emails back and forth I was told that I should receive my shipping information by 2/21 as I was currently past the listed waiting time. I reached out again after being asked how I wanted to proceed. I responded with I would like to receive the products I purchased but needed an expected date as this was partially a gift. Days went by with no response then out of the blue I received an email stating I was issued a full refund. This is unacceptable business practices and the customer service is piss poor. Every response I received was rude as if I the customer was begging for something that I didn't pay for. To make a customer wait over a month and then just send a refund is one disrespectful and certainly a sign of poor people skills. I will be posting this information along with the full email thread so future customers will have a clear picture of what doing business with this woman/ company truly entails. -Very disappointed
