The people (receptionists) that work at this location are racists and condescending. My husband went in there today 1/8/24 to have someone look at his eyes, because they are infected, we do no know why (hence went to advent health for help) He made an appointment for 12 noon and was still there at 1:30. He realizes that wait times can be long, but he had people who came in after him go in and come out. I realize they may have had appointments, but they told him the Doctor would not be there till 12. He waited patiently and was told that their were people who had been in their cars waiting. Now if there is why did they give him a 12 o'clock appointment knowing there were people out in the parking lot that would be ahead of him? and tell him the doctor did not come in till 12. I find them utterly disgusting and unprofessional. They smart mouthed him and was not very customer orientated. If i could i would have them fired and your doctor put on leave. This is unacceptable behavior. I will bad mouth Advent health to everyone i See and talk to. You are disgusting people who don't care about human beings. If he loses his eyesight I will be getting a lawyer and suing all of you.
