My office was mailed a box of toner out of the blue from this company, along with an invoice. Nobody had any idea who here would have ordered it. It had one of our admin team's names on the invoice, but it was spelled wrong, and that employee said they never ordered it, which makes sense because that team member isn't the one who orders the toner for our office.Legally, merchandise that is shipped to someone without their consent or request is considered a legal gift, and this appears to be a well-recorded scam, so we will likely be keeping the toner and not wasting any more of our time with this company than what it took to look them up with the BBB.Review from Sam R

Same scam as the other reviews mentioned. I will ad though that they were quick to send us a return label and put us on a no sale list. The rules of the return are as follows:The manufactures box and toner MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION in order for us to PROCESS YOUR RETURN (Place manufactures box in s shipping box).PLACE RETURN BOX (RS LABEL) ON SHIPPING *************** pre-paid return label has been issued.*Your account will be credited in full (zero balance) upon receipt of NEW merchandise.*We have placed your company on our DO NOT SHIP LIST therefore no further supplies will be sent toy our company.The shipping box must be given to a *** driver or dropped off at a local *** Store.Palm Imaging, **** is a service company, which provides among other things, shipping, billing and customer service for independent sales companies. We do not employ any salespersons or engage in direct sales of merchandise.THIS RETURN LABEL WILL EXPIRE IN 48 HOURS Which makes me think if we had marked it that they would refuse the return. But luckily it was still in good condition.

These toner pirates used to operate out of ********** then ******* and now apparently *******. If you don't catch the deception on the first invoice and pay it, you will be shipped a pallet of toners and invoiced. When you fight it and it goes to their 'collection' ***** they tell you they will take the toner back with a 25% restocking fee. So they get the toner back [to do this again to another company] and the 25% of the exorbitantly priced toner. This is how they make their money. They use minimum wage callers and 800 numbers to call all across the country to do this. i really thought the federal government had stopped this but with all the deregulation now it has started back up i see. Make it a known policy to NEVER give out make and models numbers of your equipment over the phone and this one practice will prevent it happening in the future. There's no reason for your current vendor to NOT know your equipment.Palm Imaging Corp Response

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we have no idea who this company is and/or if Palm Imaging, **** has done business with them. No deceptive trade practices are ever used or allowed. Much like all the other reviews, I was told by the sales *** for Palm Imaging that they were the supplier for our Xerox toner. As my ***** *** is no longer with the company, I took this at face value. Eventually I found that not only are they not our supplier, they're charging a ridiculous amount for the toner. 100% a toner scam- wish I'd Googled sooner rather than accepting ******** they're emailing me trying to collect $700. SCAMMMMM!!!!! I received a call from them too. It's the same scam... they said they were our supplier; she explained that the toner for the printer had a price increase in and they neglected to notify us of this increase. The price went from $$598. To $632. They would send out a black toner cartridge to us at the old price as a courtesy then going forward the price will be $632.00. We received the invoice from Palm Imaging Corp. for $598.00 plus $53.82 S&H. This invoice looked suspicious because it is not a bill from our supplier. I just had the same thing happen to me! They even went as far as saying that our admin assistant placed the order a month prior, which I took their word for, as she had since left the position! WHAT A SCAM! How they knew my phone number and specific toner cartridge is beyond me. They said the same things Maria M said occurred and we received our bill for the "courtesy price" of $598 because of the "back order" that we had experienced. Maria M. In Phoenix AZ. This sure is a scam!!!! On Thursday, November 30th, 2023, I received a call from Daisy, she said she was with our supplier; she explained about the toner for one of our printers had a price increase in September and they neglected to notify us of this increase. The price went from $$598. To $632. They will be sending out a black toner cartridge to us at the old price as a courtesy then going forward the price will be $632.00. She proceeded to tell me someone else will be calling me to verify her phone call and pricing. I did not get the second lady’s name, but she did not ask me for any information on our printer, ink cartridge or any questions relating to our printer. On December 6th, 2023, I received the toner cartridge, on December 14th, 2023, I received the invoice from Palm Imaging Corp. for $598.00. This is when I got suspicious because this was not a bill from our supplier.Palm Imaging Corp Response

SCAM!!! They lie and act like they have permission to ship toner that you NEVER ordered or spoke with someone who does not have any authority ship! They went to the extent to lie to say that they are affiliated with our primary provider.Palm Imaging Corp Response
