  I recently in the past week moved from *************. Where I have resided for four years. In the time I have lived there, there has been a total of three floods. Two out of the three were incorrectly repaired with no mold remediation, just sprayed with bleach and cut out the walls. The last flood was December of 2023, I had ***** ******** come and check the wetness in the apartment he said it was quite dry and shouldnt be too concerned, although I started noticing my boyfriend and I have been quite sick, and I noticed black mold continuing to build up on the inner parts of the ** mini split, and the fans. We moved out of the apartment about a week ago and noticed the furniture was also covered in mold. My partners father owns a mold remediation and inspection company he has also been sent what we have seen and verified in fact there is mold growing in that building. Out of all the floods the kitchen was never torn out. There is mold on the windows. Also attempting to require me to make it move in ready, by explaining to me I did not clean the mold from the windows, also denies mold in the same breathe, It is indeed black. I am reaching out because he will continue to do this to other tenants, and continues to get away with making people sick. From my knowledge the apartment has been rented out, to a woman who is carrying a child, which sounds like a bad recipe to what could harm the future child, this woman also has no knowledge of the flooding and how the previous flood was not fixed and the amount of mold that was present within two weeks behind the walls from the previous floods, I cant imagine whats behind them after almost ten months. The landlords name is Keyvan Kohan, and his wife is ********* Kohan. The address is ********************************,There is black mold growing all over this apartment.
