    I ordered a ******** holster on 10/27/24. My debit card was immediately charged $53.39 and I was informed via email that I would receive a notification when my order shipped. I was not made aware of any delays in fulfillment and when I hadn't heard anything in several days, I attempted to email the company twice and called a couple times. Thus far I have gotten no response at all. I wish I had looked into this company before placing the order. It seems that many people have had the same problems. I would be satisfied with the fulfillment of my order or a refund.

    I placed an order on their site and have never received an order status update despite several phone calls and emails. My **** was charged, and I have never received the product.

    On August 20th 2024, and order was placed for $938 worth of product. Starting on September 17th 2024 attempts have been repeatedly made via phone, email, and website request form. Attempts to contact the company were made on 9/17/24, 9/19/24, 9/30/24. As of this date and time zero response has been received from this company and we have little choice to file a fraud report with the credit card company soon if we do not immediately receive contact.

    Ordered an item from SAVAJAKE on 5/7/24 for $28.77. Received a confirmation email for my order and my credit card was debited. Confirmation email says "This email confirms that your order was received at SAV-A-JAKE INTERNATIONAL. Your items are built to order in our USA facility and will ship directly from us to you. Shipping times will vary based on current demands in our production department. Any shipping information provided to you is an ESTIMATE. You will receive an additional email once your order is shipped. Contact us if you have any questions about your order." I gave it some time because of that and when I reached out on 7/21/24 for an update, I heard nothing back. Reached out again today to try and get an update. No response via email and no one is answering their phone.

    On 7/15/23 I ordered a Kevlar truck belt for ****** before tax. I received a confirmation email that my order was received and my credit card was charged. I have never received anything. I have emailed them multiple times and have never gotten a response. I would just like my money back at this time.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against SAV-A-JAKE INTERNATIONAL regarding a recent purchase made on 07/14/29. I believe it is necessary to bring this matter to your attention as my attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company have been unsuccessful.On the mentioned date, I placed an order with SAV-A-JAKE INTERNATIONAL for [item purchased]. After the purchase, I received an email confirming my order. However, since then, I have not received any further communication from the company regarding the status of my order or its shipment.In an attempt to seek clarification and resolution, I have made multiple attempts to contact SAV-A-JAKE INTERNATIONAL through both email and cell phone provided on their website. Regrettably, my efforts have been met with silence, as I have not received any responses to my inquiries. This lack of communication and failure to provide any updates on my order's status have left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer.I firmly believe that as a consumer, I deserve timely and transparent communication regarding the products and services I have purchased. The absence of such communication has not only caused inconvenience but also raised concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of SAV-A-JAKE INTERNATIONAL as a business.I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to intervene in this matter and facilitate communication between myself and SAV-A-JAKE INTERNATIONAL. Additionally, I seek assistance in obtaining a resolution to this issue, such as a timely update on my order status or a refund if necessary.I have attached the relevant documentation, including the order confirmation email and proof of my attempts to contact the company, for your reference.     The Lime ******************** ordered a drop rope bag on 6/5/2023 via credit card. I have made many phone calls and emails as we have not received our merchandise. Never a response.

    I ordered ladder belts for our *************** on 03/09/2023. We have yet to receive them. We have tried to contact them via email and phone. They have never responded to either of the contact points they give. The order amount was taken from our bank account the same day it was ordered.

    I placed an order on 2/17 for a truck belt for $79.99 plus tax and shipping. I received an order confirmation email and now almost 2 months later after multiple calls, voicemails and emails I have not heard a single thing from the company.
