We were extremely pleased with the cleaning and guarantee. No broken tiles and a very clean look. He cleaned our walkway and driveway for free. There was some slight damage to a shrub but for all the strong cleaning products needed to do a really great job, one would expect a little spillage. I called to ask if he sealed tile roofs and he said since my home was done in last 10 yrs, he would do it for free. Wow. Very satisfied customer.Review from Herman W

I had service in the Palm Harbor, Fl area. Their chemicals did a good job cleaning, however, the run-off the roof killed two plants and damaged three others. Joe from Hammerhead inspected the damage and promised a check to cover the replacement two plants the following Monday. That was over a month ago. So much for the 5 year guarantee.

Hi ******, I just saw this and I am really surprised I came out to see you right after you called and issued a check when i returned to office that was mailed within 24 Hrs of my visit. This is first I am hearing of you not receiving payment and a phone would have been more expedient. I will look up check to see if it has cleared my bank and I will contact you in AM. The 5 Year warranty is always in place on anything we clean and if it gets dirty we re- treat.
