The following is what we left for a review on their site and unfortunately, they make you pay upfront and would like a thousand dollars of our money back, so that we can take our boat to a reputable shop to get our brand new motor completely installed, they they tried to. We are not going back here after 3 times. I didn't want to, but feel I need to, we can't be the only 1 treated this way and don't want anyone else to experience what we are. First of all, let me tell you. Their invoices aren't very detailed, so you don't know exactly what you're getting and they don't exactly explain it to well. The first time we picked it up, when they said it was ready and all cleaned up, things were were missing off the boat and had to ask for, and didn't give me back my old new gauges as requested, gauges and bilage pump not working and they were when it went to their shop.By the way, that's the best thing about it. When he says it went in to get cleaned, it actually comes back dirtier than when you took it. On my first 3 hour idle test run across Lake Apopka, after i was able to give it more gas, it only ran 18 miles an hour, due to that throttle linkage not being installed correctly.P***** coming back across the Lake, i texted the owner and ended up back at their shop that day. 2 trips to the Lake and 3 to the shop. He said it was running correctly so I took it home. Took it out with the family, and it ran 30 miles per hour. With 50RPM, so you guessed it, went back to their shop. Saying it was resolved I picked it up and we took it out yesterday and the over rev light comes on at 5800 RPM's and they burnt our boat deck, God knows how. In short, I am done with this place and waiting for a call back from ******* So it can go elsewhere and get resolved. There are more minor details but I am done.

We are sorry you are experiencing these issues, Mr. *******
after reviewing the vessel, and fixing the required items our techs have tested the boat on the water many times, as well as checked all of the operating systems. For your inconvenience we gave you a store credit for those acrylic dash panels that were custom made, and also for the new ****** Fuel, and trim gauge free of charge, we've explained the break-in procedure multiple times. Engine operating RPMS are 5000-6000RPM at WOT. You should not be running the engine at WOT for break- in. The REV Limiter goes off at 6k rpms trimmed out, which means the engine should have no more power after that, nor should it be run there for a long period of time. As far as the oetiker clamp goes, it was secure before it left our facility along with the other rigging items, as signed for on the pre delivery inspection.  You can feel free to schedule service with us or another dealer to get these issues resolved, but as far as the "BURN" in your seadek, we have documentation when it left when those spots were not present. Leaving the boat in the sun and having a shiny item or glass, can create a mirror and burn the deck.  We have also received some emails from you "SLANDERING" our business in a way that we do not tolerate,  and will proceed legal action if needed. We have communicated with Mr. ******* every step of the way, and have fixed those minor issues that were there upon the first delivery, we have provided him with 1,500.00 worth of store credit for his acrylic panels, and gauges. therefore there should be no reason an "$1,000 refund" should be issued. We also sold his old engine for the price he was asking with the controls, and one of our employees handed him that money at the time of delivery.   A standard repower does not come with those added accessories, they come with key switch, prop, gauges, and rigging harness, all of the other accessories are billed accordingly, or added to the deal. This boat has a completed PRE-DELIVERY Inspection signed by MR. ******* and a lake test was performed before and the customer was happy everything was in working order when it left our facility. We strive to help all of our customers, but we have yet to please you, but instead you call ****** & BBB to complain about our services, and do not call our office with complaints that you have, so we can assist on making it right. Rarely do we have someone leave here unsatisfied as stated on our reviews here.  Here are some attachments below on some the conversations we have had. We are sorry to end the conversation on this, and experience you have had here, but we have offered everything to the table and it seems like you are not happy with any of our services we provided you with.   We wish you the best.

Thanks and sorry for your inconvenience,

    Eli's Marine

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: See attached. I finally had enough of this dealership and took it to another qualified ****** dealership. And this is just one of the things they've come up with immediately.

    Sincerely,

    ******* *******
