We have a fiberglass pool since 2007. No problems for years then we started seeing some wear. I found Glassworkxx and we signed the contract and paid $10K and they completed the resurfacing the pool the first week for 2021. In March 2021 we started losing alot of water. I contacted them, he said they did not do anything. May 2021 there were millions of circles everywhere I emailed . May 15th noticed some cracking and rust. The owner showed up on May 15th. May 23 bottom of pool brown and white, he will fix. June 16h got call materials orderd, July 20, 21 had a leak finder come to check our pool, they found two creacks and fixing. December 2021 his guy Eddie came and told us the product we received was defective that is why they had to redo the pool. Eddie came on a Wednesday late, set up the cover and left. Came back Thursday for about 4 hours left. Friday came and broke down the cover-mind you it took a full 4 days to fix the pool the first time. we noticed cracks and a rust color recently. I contacted the owner he offered to give me guidance on what to do, Which means he will not fix the pool like it should have been the first time for $10K which we gave him without problem because we just wanted the pool to be right. I have since hired someone else and had to pay. Buyer Beware they will not stand by their work

My experience with Glassworkxx pool repair, went from very good to very bad. I hire this company to repair my fiberglass pool, back on 2017, he started the job on 2018 (It took so long, because they had to coordinate the trip to south Florida) Apparently they did a good job. After waiting for so long for the job to be done ,I was very pleased. As the time passed I started to noticed some spots on the pool, I called Glassworkxx and they said that might be something wrong with the materials, they were very polite and assured me that , they were going to take care of it. As the time transcurred the pool issues were increased, like the tiles are getting detached, the surface finish is disappearing, and the original fiberglass is surfacing. After reaching out to them again on March 22nd 2022 they again promised me to take care of it, also told me to choose new tiles to be replaced. That was the last time the company answered my emails and calls. I have called, texted, emailed, sent pictures of the issues, and I have been completely ignore by Glassworkxx. Today March 27th 2023 I called them again, only to be ignored once more. I think I have been very patient, and understanding about their excuses, but it is very hard not to feel cheated and some how abused by this company.
