I recently discovered this company taking charges from my account under ***********. I had to scour the internet to even find out who these people are. By the time I discovered them, they had charged 400 dollars outta my account. I have no idea who these people are, and judging from these complaints, I'm not the only victim of their scams and fraudulent business practices. I've since contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and I'll be calling these people to demand a refund for the services I never asked for. Didn't even get an email saying I purchased their services. Frauds and charlatans.

We never heard of Starler streaming and we are CERTAIN we never subscribed to it. We've never used it nor are we aware that it even exists as an authentic streaming service. A monthly charge of $49.95 appeared on our credit card bill under the name Entercav Casa. It appeared as a monthly charge beginning several months ago and we just noticed it. We have been charged for 6 or 7 months. We called the phone number listed next to the name on our statement *************) and reached a very fishy sounding call center. The person I spoke to would give me no info except to say that they were a third party billing service for many streaming services and without my giving him my credit card number and other info he could not look up our "subscription." When I repeatedly asked him what sort of subscription would cost $49.95 per month he said ***********. He said he couldn't tell me when I supposedly subscribed, what the streaming included or how to cancel it. When I told him I believed it was fraudulent he disconnected the call. We have had to have our credit card number cancelled and we will have to contact all our (many) legitimate monthly charge vendors to supply them with a new card number when we receive it. This process has taken hours. From my experience on the phone with "Entercav Casa" I feel certain the phone representative was reading off a screen script designed to lie and withhold info from customers.

My card was charged $49.95 Twice by this company known as Starller.com. I called the company for more information. I was told that it is a streaming website for TV services, E-books, and Audiobooks. I can assure you that I did not sign up for streaming services with that company. I am already paying $65 a month for Xfinity. I do not need another streaming service. I do not have the time, money, and need for additional streaming services. My bank has denied my claim and they did not supply me with the source of their determination. I called the company (Starller.com) to cancel any services in my name. I have requested a copy of the cancellation, but I have not received it. This company has scammed me out of $99.84. It may not be a lot of money, but the charge on my card was not in my budget, so this charge has reduced my buying power for other necessities such as groceries.

I suddenly started getting ***** transactions on my bank for March and April. I called my bank and starrler. They said I signed up for a streaming service. I do not even know how to stream. We are elderly and disabled and do not have 50 to spend a month. We did not sign up for this. Starller is a scam app. Just ****** them and see how many people they rip off. I called them and canceled the subscription I never asked for. Canceled my debit card. They kept saying they would send me a refund. But my bank denied it. I called my bank numerous times and they said no one even attempted to refund me. I have called the company 15 times and each time they say they are trying to refund me. But they have not. My bank checked. 3rd party billing support out of ******* is their customer support and they lied each time I called them. No one will do anything to get my money back.

On May 5, 2024, I followed a link from the *********** in ********* to access their free wifi. The link brought up a site that I thought was the hotel wifi. I thought it was odd that they asked for my credit card info, but we were with a tour and we'd not been asked to provide credit card info upon checkin. I thought maybe that they wanted to register my card for charges like room service. I hadn't realized this was likely a popup ad, rather than the hotel's site. I did see that it offered "free trial" so thought this was the way that this international hotel allowed guests to use their wifi. My bad for not being more careful, but it was misleading. Now I'm receiving via email an invoice from starller.com for payment of $49.95. Luckily, my credit card company recognized it as unauthorized and notified me. They have cancelled payment, cancelled my card, changed acct number and are sending me a new card. I have also gone to the web site (starller.com) and sent them a message cancelling the subscription. As soon as their US customer service opens, I will also call to reiterate cancel order. This was very misleading. Just wanted to report it.
