On June 6, 2023 the State of Florida filed criminal charges against Chandler Bubel, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, the court case number is 23-CF-008554-A. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of state law prohibiting practicing electric contracting without being licensed and unlawful acts in capacity of a contractor. Mr. Bubel plead Guilty to first degree misdemeanor charges for practicing electric contracting without being licensed and unlawful acts in capacity of a contractor. On November 3rd, 2023 the matter was closed, with the court ordering:
- probation for a period of 12 months
- will have a full time W2 employee at a business that has Workers Compensation Insurance
- sucessfully completing 50 hours of community service
- paying court cost of $503.60
